BOOKINGS
Visa policy
Bookings can be made through the Website or Call center (for
further properties & services not available on the website)
Original passport valid for six months and old passports with
copies of all previous Schengen visas and stamps.
Most hotels request credit card or cash to be given at the time of
check-in as a guarantee for any extras; however the money will
be refunded upon check-out. Travco Holidays is not responsible
for any extras incurred by the guests.
Any requests such as early check-in, late check-out, high floors,
adjoining rooms, interconnecting, non-smoking rooms and similar
requests will be conveyed to the hotel but, are not guaranteed as
all preferences will be subject to availability.
Bed type should be requested at the time of booking and is
subject to the hotel’s availability.
If a triple room is booked, the extra bed provided by the hotel is
commonly a roll-away bed.
Double bookings may result in both bookings being charged.
All booking cancellations are subject to cancellation conditions
of the booking.
All booking amendments are subject to the amendment policy
stated on the booking; if unlisted or different however, then the
procedure will abide by the same deadlines & charges of the
cancellation condition.
It is the client’s responsibility to check all special conditions &
important booking information, as it is the client’s responsibility
to insure correct booking information as to avoid any incurred
charges.
Required Documents:
• Employees: original stamped HR letter in English highlighting
(position – salary – hiring date – tourism trip – social
insurance no#).
• Owners: original and copy of new Commercial Registry &
new Tax Card, both documents are to be translated and it is
essential that is stamped for completing latest tax payments.
• Pensioner: original translated letter from the pension’s office.
• Students: original English stamped school certificate.
• Couples: original marriage certificate and translated copy.
• Minors: original birth certificate (translated).
• Under the circumstance that a minor is traveling without
their parents, a stamped approval from the Greek embassy
is to be presented by both parents on the appointment date
along with the parents passport copies and translated birth
certificates.
Original bank statement of a good balance including transactions
of at least the last 6 months. The document is to be in English
and stamped per page and it must be printed maximum 07 days
before appointment date.
Copy of personal ID.
Original movement certificate in the case the applicant hasn’t
issued a Schengen Visa for the past 7 years. Procedures require
15 - 20 days.

CANCELLATION policy
In case of cancellation after confirming the booking, the deposited
50% down payment will be nonrefundable.
In case of cancellation within 75 days prior to departure, 100% of
the remaining amount will be charged.
