a. Grand Prize (1 Winner): $500 Aprisin Vouchers

2. To qualify for the voucher lucky draw, completed entry forms with accurate personal particulars must be accompanied by original Fairprice receipt(s) evidencing a purchase of $50 worth of
Huggies® participating products. To qualify for the exclusive Huggies® Ultra - Newborn Outfit worth $31.80, completed entry form must be accompanied by original Fairprice receipt(s)
evidencing a purchase of 3 packs of Huggies® Ultra Newborn Diapers.
3. FairPrice receipt must be dated between 15 November to 31 December 2014.
4. Reprinted / photocopied FairPrice receipts are not acceptable as proof of purchase. Mail in this completed entry form and original FairPrice receipt(s) to Huggies® A Child is Life’s Greatest
Gift Promotion, Letrain Redemption Centre, 2 Serangoon Road, The Verge #03-05, Singapore 218227. All entries must reach us by 7 January 2015. Kimberly-Clark Singapore Pte Ltd. (KCS)
and Letrain Redemption Centre reserve the right to reject any entries which are incomplete, not supported by original FairPrice receipts (as set out in these terms and conditions), not in
compliance with these terms and conditions or which are received later than 7 January 2015.
5. The Aprisin Vouchers draw will be conducted on 9 January 2015 at Letrain. Winners of the Grand Prize and Consolation Prize will be notified by 12 January 2015. Winners will have to produce
their original identification documents and the original Letter of Notification issued by Letrain to claim the prize, failing which KCS and Letrain reserves the right to reject the winners and no
lucky draw prize will be given. Without any liability on the part of KCS and Letrain, any unclaimed prizes will be donated to any charitable organization as determined by KCS. Any winner
whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-FairPrice receipt by him/her of any notification.
6. Use of the Aprisin vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions as may be imposed by Aprisin. KCS and Letrain shall not be responsible for any disputes which may arise between the
winner and Aprisin over the use of the Aprisin vouchers. Any queries on use or terms and conditions related to the Aprisin vouchers should be directed to Aprisin.
7. Letrain shall notify qualified contestants who fulfil the purchase requirements for the exclusive Huggies® Ultra - Newborn Outfits, the location where the relevant prize is to be claimed by 12
January 2015, while stocks last. Qualified contestants will have to produce their original identification documents and the original Letter of Notification issued by Letrain to claim the prize by
12 February 2015, failing which KCS and Letrain reserves the right to reject the contestant and no exclusive Huggies® Ultra - Newborn Outfit will be given. Without any liability on the part of
KCS and Letrain, any unclaimed Huggies® Ultra - Newborn Outfit will be donated to any charitable organization as determined by KCS. Any qualified contestant whose Huggies® Ultra Newborn Outfit has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-FairPrice receipt by him/her of any notification.
8. KCS and Letrain will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected mail.
9. KCS’s decision on all matters relating to the redemption and lucky draw shall be final and binding. Except for the notifications to the relevant winner(s), KCS shall not be obliged to enter into
any correspondence concerning the redemption and Lucky Draw Promotion.
10. All redemption items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. KCS reserves the right to substitute reward(s) with others of similar value at its discretion or terminate this
promotion without prior notice.
11 This promotion is open to all except staff and immediate family members of KCS and their advertising / promotion agencies.
12. Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. KCS is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a claimant may suffer or sustain as a result of the
promotion or accepting the reward(s).
13. The value of the reward is accurate as at the date of printing. KCS is not responsible for any variation to that price after this date.
14. KCS and Letrain collect each participant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, notifying and verifying successful participants. We may have to disclose your
personal information to our trusted third parties to help KCS and/or Letrain administer this promotion. If you do not provide us with the required information, KCS and Letrain would not be
able to notify you and verify your particulars in the event that you win any prizes and you will be disqualified from the promotion. By participating in this promotion, you are consenting to the
collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by KCS and Letrain in the manner described here.
15. KCS will not accept any responsibilities for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the use of the reward, or any
transaction or dealing between KCS and you in relation with the use of the reward(s).
