OTTO Tuning System 2.0 - Introduction
An industry first, audio-guided iPhone vision app smart tool that enables you to check & tune rear derailleurs
in under 60 seconds. Both enthusiasts & competitors need this to keep their bicycles shifting perfect.
Originally released in July, the new version 2.0 now includes the all-new CHECK precision feature, optimized
speed, greater error proofing, and compatibility with 9-speed cassettes.

OTTO Tuning System 2.0 – CHECK

Two quick measurements in 4th gear in under 30 secs
•
Produces OTTO Index Score. Target is 0.000 +/- 0.125
•
A negative score below 0.000 (e.g. - 0.425) means the
barrel adjustment must be turned clockwise [CW] for
precise shifting*
•
A positive score below 0.000 (e.g. + 0.425) means the
barrel adjustment must be turned counterclockwise
[CCW] for precise shifting*
* Assumes proper limit screw settings. Scores with high deviation from 0.000 will
require Complete Tune.

Two TUNE option modes

Complete – H and L limit verification / adjustment

Fast – Barrel adjustment only (1-2 minutes)

A complete tune will take 5-10 minutes depending on
mechanical proficiency and familiarity with OTTO App
