residence of the last Shah with several magnificent palaces. In the afternoon we
will visit Milad Tower, the modern multifunctional tower in the west of the

After breakfast get on our extensive tour in the capital. First look at the
impressive and expansive Golestan Palace, which takes you back to the Qajarid
dynasty. Then stroll through the Grand Bazaar, where the scent of oriental
spices rises in the nose and you can observe the different distributors. Take
time to explore the many treasures to be admired and maybe you'll find one or
the other to take home. In the afternoon visit the National Museum and stroll
through the Ab-o Atash Park. Enjoy a little walk on the interesting natural
bridge passing over two highways. Here you will encounter many locals. Dinner

Today in the morning, we will drive to Kashan, where you will visit the Fin
Garden, which with its numerous fountains, pools, streams and ancient trees is
one of the famous and beautiful gardens of Iran. Since 2011 he belongs with 11
other Persian gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, explore one of
the most famous mansions from the time of the Qajar dynasty. The Boroujerdi
House let the rich merchant Haji Mehdi Boroujerdi built as a wedding gift for
his bride. We continue our way to the heart of desert, Matin Abad eco-camp
where you will find the pure sense of nature. You can enjoy camel riding, safari

Safavid Empire impressed with magnificent mosques and palaces as well as many
art treasures, turquoise domes and majestic Naghshe Jahan Square (World
Heritage Site). This square, also called Imam Square, is considered one of the
most beautiful places in the world and stands out with its special architectural
monuments, as the Ali Ghapou palace, the Jame’ Abbasi mosque and the Sheikh
Lotfollah mosque. Enjoy this sight with sufficient time and let the impressions at a
small tea break. You will then visit the historic Grand Bazaar. What a beautiful

Today, we will be free to choose among 3 different options:
1) We will drive to the surroundings where river Zayande offers us the potential
to enjoy an exciting Rafting activity.
2) We will head to Soffeh mountain and park at the south west of Isfahan, to
enjoy the nice atmosphere while playing bowling or have a full capture from
the top in Telecabine following a picnic dinner.
3) We will have a full day excursion to Vahe Desert. Here there will be so
many to enjoy, Zipline, camel riding, sun and sand…

Christianity in Iran? The Vank- Cathedral and the Museum of Armenian

Kish Island was ranked among the world’s 10 most beautiful islands by The New
York Times in 2010, and is the fourth most visited vacation destination in
Southwest Asia after Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Sharm el-Sheikh.

 Kish Dolphin & Crocodile Park: The Dolphin Park is the unique ocean atrium in the Middle East, and visitors can
enjoy spectacular dolphin and other sea mammal shows in a family-oriented atmosphere.
 The Green Tree Park: The Park with the oldest trees on the island.
 Mysteries of the World Zoo: A small zoo with exotic animals on display.
 Greek Ship: The historic and famous old ship resting on one of the shores of Kish Island. It has become a major tourist
attraction in recent years. Entry is free. It is a beautiful scenic area, and you can bring food for a picnic and sit in a
shaded area.
 Underground Town of Cariz: Is more than 2,500 years old, and currently it has been converted into an underground
town at a depth of 16 meters below the surface, with an area of more than 10,000 square meters.
 The Ancient Town of Harireh: The ruins display mortar masses and stone - made buildings in an area of some 3 by 1
kilometer long. The structures have been built of sand stones with some plaster layers on the walls. Harireh town is
estimated to be 800 years old. It is also believe the town was most likely been destroyed by a powerful earthquake.

This day we will enjoy the 3 “S”! Sun, sand and sea. Snorkeling on the beaches
of Kish Island is said to be amongst the best in the world, while the scuba-diving
offers an even more spectacular insight of life beneath the waters. A variety of
other water sports are also available: jet-skiing, sailing, fishing, parasailing, reef
walking, coral viewing, boating and water-skiing are just a few of the popular ways
to spend the time and enjoy yourself during your visit to the Island. A variety of

dangerous coasts in the world. Kish has gorgeous white sandy beaches for

The tour takes us by a flight to the cradle of Persian civilization, Shiraz!
Depending on the flight time, we will visit the Nasir-ol Molk mosque which is
known as pink mosque in the world. A marvelous mixture of light and color!

We will also visit the tomb of Hafiz, the famous Iranian poet who lauded the joys of love and wine but also
targeted religious hypocrisy. His work was first translated into English in 1771 by William Jones. It would leave a
mark on such Western writers as Thoreau, Goethe, and Ralph Waldo Emerson (the last referred to him as "a
poet's poet"). Sir Arthur Conan Doyle has his character Sherlock Holmes state that "there is as much sense in
Hafiz as in Horace, and as much knowledge of the world" (in a Case of Identity).

Full day excursion to the former Achaemenid royal city Persepolis. The former
Capital of the Achaemenids is also part of world heritage by UNESCO and is
one of the most important examples of ancient civilization in the near and
Middle East. Famous Persepolis is mainly for the well-preserved reliefs on the
side entrances to the Apadana, the palace and the “Gate of all nations". Anyone
who has stood in the Hundred Column Hall of Persepolis, will never forget this
moment! Enjoy the unique sight of the palace ruins of Persepolis before
continue to Naqsh-e-Rostam. There you can visit the impressive rock tombs and
the Bas-Relief with defeating Emperor Valerian. Here were honored
Achaemenid Great Kings imposing cruciform tombs carved into the steep rock
face. In the afternoon you go on the way back to Shiraz. If time, we will also visit
Narenjestan Garden. Dinner and overnight in Shiraz.

Today we can take an excursion to Sepidan ski resort. Sepidan (Tarbiat Badani)
ski resort is the most southern ski resort in Iran and Middle East and as a result,
benefits from great sunshine even in January. It is located 80 km far from Shiraz
and 5 km far from Sepidan. Elevation of this resort (Sepidan Ski Resort) ranges
from 2605 to 2655 meters from sea level. Dinner and overnight stay in Shiraz.
Today we say goodbye to the impressive Iran. Transfer to the Shiraz airport for the
flight back to Germany.
