FILEX 2015 TERMS AND CONDITIONS As soon as you submit your registration form via filex.com.au you are considered a FILEX 2015 delegate. From this point onwards, the cancellation, transfer and no-show policies will apply to your registration. The following policies will be strictly adhered to, and apply to the FILEX 2015 convention and associated events. Your registration indicates your full understanding and acceptance of the following information: CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Australian Fitness Network must be notified in writing for all cancellations or transfers. 2. If notified on or before 27 March 2015 a full refund less $100 administration fee will be granted. 3. For pre-convention events, a full refund less 25% of the registration fee will apply, if notified in writing on or before 27 March 2015. 4. You may transfer your registration to another person for a fee of $29. 5. If notified after 27 March 2015, no refunds or credits are available. 6. If you register but do not attend FILEX 2015, and have not notified Australian Fitness Network in writing on or before 27 March 2015, no refund is available. FILEX 2015 NO-SHOW POLICY For registered delegates who do not attend the event and do not provide written notification to Australian Fitness Network on or before 27 March 2015, no refund or credit is available.
