DETAILED PROJECT BUDGET MODEL
DTZ have earned a reputation for delivering
large scale and complex projects to the agreed
specification on programme. With in-house
expert groups in each of the major disciplines,
DTZ have the expertise and experience to
create detailed and accurate Project
Programmes. In addition to the more traditional
bar or GANTT chart, we have also developed
pictorial formats allowing key milestones and
inter-dependencies to be easily and clearly
identified and illustrated.
DTZ have the expertise to produce, with the
Client’s Project Team, a detailed and project
budget at the project’s inception. This detailed
budget provides a cost model capable of
evaluating alternative solutions. DTZ’s project
budget model will allow each budget item to be
fully tracked throughout the project life cycle.
This format also affords the ability to allocate
costs to the various divisions & groups concerned
and predict cash-flow.
