for up to 7 days in advance on all channels. You can also search for a particular
channel or browse by channel category.

Automatic Channel Selection / Pilihan Saluran Automatik
If you key in an invalid channel number, the decoder automatically tunes to the nearest
channel. Example: key in Channel 836 (invalid), and the decoder tunes to Channel 834
(Astro SuperSport 3).
Jika anda memasukkan nombor saluran yang salah, secara automatiknya dekoder akan ke
saluran yang terdekat. Contoh: masukkan Saluran 836 (salah), dekoder akan ke Saluran 834
(Astro SuperSport 3).
Search / Cari
To access the search function, you need to connect your PVR decoder to your
home internet. See page 15 for instructions on how to connect.
Press the
button, use your remote control to enter a keyword, and press ok .
All results with the keyword in the title, cast director and synopsis will be shown.
Untuk mengakses fungsi cari, anda perlu menyambungkan dekoder PVR anda

Note: You can only search in Roman characters (Chinese or Tamil characters are not supported at the moment).

Press the
button to launch the TV Guide. Scroll to any current or future
programme. Press the
button to record.

Series Link / Pautan Siri
If the programme has more than 1 episode, a popup will appear asking if you want to record the
entire series.
• Choose ‘Yes, record the entire series’ to record with Series Link. A
symbol will appear next
to the programme title.
• Or choose ‘No, just this episode’. A
symbol appears next to the programme title.
Jika program yang mempunyai lebih daripada 1 episod, paparan pop-up akan muncul untuk
mengesahkan sekiranya anda ingin merakam keseluruhan siri tersebut.
• Pilih ‘Ya, rakam semua episod’ untuk merakam dengan Pautan Siri. Paparan simbol

How to Find and Playback Recorded Programmes /
Cara untuk Mencari dan Memainkan Program yang Dirakam
Press the

button to launch My Library, then choose your programme and select ‘Watch’.
If it is a Series Link programme, all episodes will be grouped together with the ‘+’ symbol.
Select ‘Open’ to reveal all recorded episodes and choose which episode you want to watch.

Allows you to record your favourite programmes from your computer when you are away from
home. To Remote Record, register at www.astro.com.my for an Astro ID and link your account.
Once linked, you may Remote Record through your computer via the online TV Guide at
www.astro.com.my/tvguide. Alternatively, you may record from your smartphone. To do so,
download the Astro View app from either the App Store or Google Play.
Membolehkan anda untuk merakam program kegemaran dari komputer anda apabila tidak berada

and select ‘Open’. Then select ‘Cancel Series’ and select ‘Delete All Recorded Programmes’.

Press the home button, select ‘My TV’, then select ‘Bookings’. Choose the programme you want
to delete and select ‘Cancel’. If it is a Series Link programme, you will be asked “Do you want to
cancel the Series?”. Select ‘Yes, Cancel the Series’ to proceed.
Tekan butang home , pilih ‘My TV’, kemudian pilih ‘Tempahan’. Pilih program yang ingin dipadam
dan pilih ‘Batal’. Jika ianya program Pautan Siri, anda akan ditanya “Adakah anda ingin batalkan

About Video On Demand (VOD) / Tentang Video On Demand (VOD)
Video On Demand lets you access a vast selection of movies and popular TV series,
as well as a selection of free titles. It also includes Catch-up TV for you to watch
programmes you may have missed. To access VOD, your PVR decoder should be
connected to the internet.
VOD memberikan anda kepelbagaian pilihan filem-filem dan siri TV popular termasuk
seleksi tajuk-tajuk percuma. VOD juga menyediakan khidmat Catch-up TV untuk
program-program yang anda terlepas tonton. Untuk mengakses VOD, pastikan
dekoder PVR anda disambungkan ke internet.
How to Connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi /
Cara untuk Menyambung ke Rangkaian Internet melalui Rangkaian Wi-Fi
Press the home button. Choose ‘Settings’, ‘Network’, then ‘Network Preferences’.
Select ‘Wi-Fi’ and follow the on-screen instructions to reboot your decoder. Once the
reboot has completed, select ‘Yes, connect now’, then select your Wi-Fi network and
enter your Wi-Fi password.
Tekan butang home . Pilih ‘Tetapan’, ‘Rangkaian’ dan kemudian ‘Rangkaian Aktif’.
Pilih ‘Wi-Fi’ dan reboot. Setelah selesai, pilih ‘Ya, teruskan’. Pilih rangkaian Wi-Fi

How to Connect to the Internet via Ethernet /
Cara untuk Menyambung ke Rangkaian Internet melalui Ethernet
Connect your decoder to your home internet via Ethernet/LAN cable. Press the home button.
Choose ‘Settings’, ‘Network’, then ‘Network Preferences’. Select ‘Ethernet (Recommended)’
and reboot.
Sambungkan modem ke dekoder anda dengan kabel Ethernet/LAN. Tekan butang home .
Pilih ‘Tetapan’, ‘Rangkaian’ dan kemudian ‘Rangkaian Aktif’. Pilih ‘Ethernet (Disyorkan)’ dan reboot.
Accessing Video On Demand (VOD)* / Mengakses Video On Demand (VOD)*
Press the OD button to launch Video On Demand. The VOD catalogue is categorised into
Recommended titles, All titles, On Demand Store, Catch-up TV, Subscriptions and My Favourites.
The On Demand Store is categorised by: Astro First, Astro Best, Disney, WWE, Movies, Malay
and Chinese.

Press the OD button to launch Video On Demand. Select ‘Catch-up TV’ and choose a
category from: Malay Drama Series, Malay Movies, Malay Entertainment, Malay Factual &
Talk Show, Chinese, Indian, English, Kids, Education, Sports. Choose a programme and press
the
button to purchase.
If you have subscribed to Catch-up TV, you may ‘Download’ immediately. If not, you will be
prompted to ‘Subscribe Now’. Enter your 4-digit PIN to proceed (default PIN is 0000).

Cara untuk Memuat Turun Judul VOD – Langganan
Press the OD button to launch Video On Demand. Select ‘Subscriptions’, choose a category,
then choose a programme.
If you have subscribed to the selected VOD category, you may ‘Download’ immediately. If not,
you will be prompted to ‘Subscribe Now’. Subscription VOD (i.e. Animax On Demand) is chargeable.
Enter your 4-digit PIN to proceed (default PIN is 0000).

Press the OD button to launch Video On Demand. Select ‘Recommended’, ‘All’, or ‘On Demand Store’.
If you are entitled to watch the programme, you may ‘Download’ immediately. If not, you will be
prompted to ‘Buy’. Enter your 4-digit PIN to proceed (default PIN is 0000).
You will be notified if the purchase is successful. Press ok . A green download icon will appear, indicating
that your selected title has been added to your Download Manager.
Tekan butang OD untuk memulakan Video On Demand. Pilih ‘Dicadangkan’, ‘Semua’ atau ‘On Demand Store’.
Jika anda layak untuk menonton program ini, anda boleh ‘Muat Turun’ serta-merta. Jika tidak, anda akan
dapat melihat paparan ‘Beli’. Masukkan PIN 4 digit untuk melanggan (PIN adalah 0000).

Anda akan dimaklumkan sekiranya pembelian itu berjaya. Tekan ok . Ikon muat turun berwarna

How to View VOD Content / Cara Melihat Kandungan VOD
To see your completed downloads, press the home button, select ‘My TV’, then select
‘My Library’. Use the arrow keys to scroll through the options available and select ‘Watch’.
To manage your download priorities, press the home button, select ‘My TV’,
then select ‘Download Manager’. Scroll through your download list to select which
titles to download immediately.
To see a history of all your VOD purchases, press the home button, select ‘My TV’,
then select ‘Purchase History’.
Untuk menonton pilihan muat turun anda, tekan butang home , pilih ‘My TV’, kemudian pilih ‘Arkib Ku’.
Gunakan kekunci anak panah untuk skrol ke mana-mana pilihan yang ada dan pilih ‘Tonton’.
Untuk menyusun keutamaan pilihan anda, tekan butang home , pilih ‘My TV’, kemudian pilih
‘Download Manager’. Skrol senarai muat turun anda untuk memilih program yang anda ingin
muat turun dahulu.
Jika anda ingin melihat maklumat pembelian yang lalu, tekan butang
kemudian pilih ‘Rekod Pembelian’.
