Get broken sticks back in the game with the SRS® Hockey Stick Repair
System. For broken shafts, there is no substitute for the internal
SRS™ system. It combines Shaft-Lock™ technology with a carbon fiber
AirCore™, creating a repair that is lightweight, yet incredibly strong.
Hockey sticks repaired with the internal SRS® system may be used
in play 72 hours after repair. It is compatible with all hollow
composite sticks from junior to senior.

Shaft-Lock™ Grooving Bit

Durability testing
In addition to numerous field tests, the SRS® Shaft Repair System has been tested on machines to
objectively measure durability. One such machine (shown here) flexes the shaft repeatedly to simulate
the stress on the hockey stick during play. Tests such as this are conducted in an effort to continuously
improve the system and ensure that sticks repaired with SRS® maintain maximum performance.

SuperGrit™ Cutting Wheel
ExoFlex™ carbon fiber is available in
both sleeve and tape cloth. Each is
used in conjunction with ExoFlex™
Lamination Epoxy to create the
composite external SRS® repair.
Each spool contains 20 linear feet
of carbon fiber.
The SuperGrit™ Cutting Wheel (shown
above) is used to prepare the bottom edge
of blades for repair and remove damaged material.
It has a ¼ inch (6mm) diameter shank and is designed
for use with a variable speed rotary saw operating at
approximately 18,000 RPM.
