SPORTSMANS BASH 2016
�Gates open at 10:00 am.
�Free food and beverages
�Drawing subject to sale of 3,500 tickets of the 5,000 being
sold. If for some reason the drawing is not held, all monies will
be returned to the ticket holders at the address given on the
ticket stub.
�Purchase tickets before March 31, 2016 and be eligible
for 5-$500 drawings (Need not be present). If winner
present, they can claim the Early Bird Drawing by 2:00PM
for $1,000. (Mailed entries must be post marked by
March 31st, 2016)
�You can win more than once.
�Only registered ticket holders may claim prizes won.
�Most prizes must be claimed at Field & Stream, 1000
Cranberry Square Drive Cranberry Township, PA 16066,
724-742-4425. Guns cannot be picked up at event.
�Most prizes can be replaced with gift card.
�Some prizes must be claimed at Georges’ Enterprises
724-573-9380.
�Any unsold ticket becomes the property of H.V.F.D. Any
prize on unsold tickets becomes the property of the
H.V.F.D.
�H.V.F.D. reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of
equal or greater value if the original is not available.
�Identification is required for the prize to be awarded.
�All gun tax and insta-checks are paid for by the H.V.F.D.
�Income tax Title transfer & sales tax on the cash & prizes
is the responsibility of the winner.
�Any prize not picked up within 30 days becomes the
property of the H.V.F.D.
�All winners will be notified by phone or mail and the
winning numbers posted on the website:
www.hvfdgunbash.com.
�Additional Raffles and drawings will be available
throughout the day of the event at an additional cost.
�No one may enter the grounds without a ticket. If tickets
are sold out, guest may enter for $35 per person to be
paid at the gate.
�You must have the ticket and photo I.D. to enter the
event. Only one admitted per ticket. No one under the
age of 12 will be admitted.
�No personal coolers, glass containers, firearms or
alcoholic beverages allowed into the event.
�Drinking and Driving is against the law. A taxi will be
available for those of who wish not to drive home from
the event. (beverages will be shut off at 4:30)
�Food will be served approximately 11:30am - 3:30pm.
�Must have valid Photo I.D. and be 21 years of age to
consume alcohol.
�Neither the H.V.F.D. nor any persons, organizations,
businesses or other sponsoring agent in the 2016
Sportsman’s Bash assumes any liability for any claims,
injury, damages or other resulting out of the possession
of the guns or any other prizes obtained from the raffle.
�H.V.F.D is not responsible for typographical errors.
�There will be $30 fee on all returned checks.
�All decisions of the H.V.F.D. are deemed final.
�There will be a Corn Hole tournament the day of the
event. Additional entry fee will be required to participate.

�Live Music throughout the day. Subject to HVFD

For $20.00, the Hookstown Volunteer
Fire Department will be offering chances
on 2 - Special Package Drawings
containing 50 Sportsman Tickets each.
You may purchase unlimited chances
on these special package drawings.
This will be a random drawing taking
place the day of the event at 2:32pm.
