In 1957, Howard and Anne Freyvogel Hanna opened a single
real estate office in Pittsburgh, and now, the family-owned
Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is the 4th largest real
estate company in the country. We work hard every day, in

Howard W. “Hoddy” Hanna, III serves as Chairman and CEO;
Helen Hanna Casey, President; and Annie Hanna Cestra,
Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer; and third generation,
Howard W. “Hoby” Hanna, IV, serves as President of Howard
Hanna Midwest.
Both companies have a long tradition of generous community
involvement. Howard Hanna has raised more than $8 million
for the Children’s Free Care Fund, and their Coats for Kids
campaign has provided warm coats to thousands of local
