Minimum charges are subject to change based on season. Sales tax applies, based on state. GUEST COUNT Your minimum guest count is due 10 days prior to your event. From that point you may increase your count, but not decrease. We can accept increases up to 2 business days prior to your event. We ask no changes be made within 48 hours of your event. Any changes made within the 48 hrs would be subject to additonal charges. All charges would be based on changes to your event order.
