CYPRESS Led Driver IC For Lighting MB39C605 P R O D U C T O V E RV I E W Low- Current, Low-Price LED can be used, reducing the flicker with stable brightness F E AT U R E S MB39C605 is a PSR-type LED driver IC for LED lighting. Using the information of the primary peak current and the transformer-energy-zero time, it is able to deliver a well regulated current to the secondary side without using an opto-coupler in an isolated flyback topology. Using critical conduction mode, it is able to allow the use of a small transformer. MB39C605 has a built-in phase dimming circuit and is allowed to configure TRIAC dimmable lightings. MB39C605 is able to make output voltage higher (more than 70V) at non-isolation configuration allowing customers to use low current and low price LEDs to reduce the cost of whole of LED lighting.
