On behalf of everyone at Brentford Football
Club I would like to thank all our supporters
for your tremendous support over the past
season.
What an absolutely fantastic season it was.
Drama was, once more, not a stranger to
Griffin Park.
The players proved their ability and mental
strength by putting the previous season’s
disappointment behind them and winning
promotion to The Championship with
three games to spare. It was a wonderful
achievement and just reward for both
themselves and our fans.
The quality of teams in The Championship
will, undoubtedly, provide us with a really
exciting and challenging season to look
forward to. Have no doubts, we are not going
there to make up the numbers. There is a
belief that we have a squad which is more
than capable of competing in the higher
League. We will also be looking to add some
more talent to the squad and this will only
further assist the team in challenging the
Championship’s big guns.

How long will my Season Ticket be reserved for?
All 2014/2015 Season Tickets will held on reserve until 4pm
Monday 16th June. From this date, all remaining seats held that
have not been renewed will be released back onto the system for
re-sale.
What games does my Season Ticket cover?
Your season ticket entitles you to attend all HOME League games
at Griffin Park throughout the 2014/2015 season. Your season
ticket does not include AWAY games, Cup games or friendlies.
What type of Season Ticket do I qualify for?

What ID do I have to show to receive the applicable rates?
Students must be in full time education and produce a copy of
their valid NUS/ NUS Associate Card or a valid photo oyster card.
If attending University in the coming school year and do not have
cards as yet a copy of your acceptance letter will be valid.
If you are purchasing a Season Ticket for the first time or now
qualify for a new category where the Season Ticket requires you
to be of a certain age then a photocopy of your birth certificate,
drivers license, passport or any other document that has your full
name and Date of Birth on it will be sufficient.
Disabled supporters need to provide a current DLA letter showing
evidence of medium/high level entitlement.
What are my payment options?
Cash (UK Sterling) In Person at the ticket office only, please do not put cash in the post.

purchase and renew over the phone. Telephone calls are answered
between 10am-4pm. Please be mindful that Ticket Office staff
will also be dealing with walk up clients so you may have trouble

really quick and easy

What is the Early Bird period and when does it finish?
The Early Bird period runs from the date season tickets go on sale
until 4pm on the 16th of June. The Early Bird period offers fans an
extended discount on the purchase of their 2014/2015 Season Ticket
making the Season Ticket great value for money. After this time the
Season tickets will be charged at the Full Price Rate, so don’t delay
get your forms in quick to take advantage of these prices.

Season Ticket Terms and Conditions 2013-2014
All Season Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the Football League,
Football Association and Brentford Football Club.
The Season Ticket covers entry for the holder to all Brentford Football Club Football League
matches played at Griffin Park.
The club is not obliged to issue replacement tickets in the event of your Season Ticket being
lost destroyed or forgotten. Every care should be taken of the Season Ticket and it must be
brought to every match.
An administration fee of £5 will be deducted from refunds given in respect of Season Ticket
holders forgetting their Season Tickets on matchdays.
For ALL TICKET Cup matches or other special circumstances, you will be notified of the
procedure for applying for your ticket through the matchday programme, the Club Web Site
and other media outlets available to the Club.
The Season Ticket is transferable between people but not to another seat or area of the
ground.
The Club reserves the right to amend match day admission prices and procedures without
the need to compensate Season Ticket holders and to hold four promotional days per year in
promoting the Club.
Replacement of lost or stolen Season Tickets will be charged at £20. However the Club is not
obliged to provide a replacement and you may be asked to purchase a new Season Ticket.
In the event that certain parts of the ground have to be closed due to ground improvements,
arrangements will be made to relocate those Season Ticket holders affected to an area of a
similar standard.
Brentford FC reserves all rights and the right to refuse admission.

THE BRAEMAR ROAD STAND provides upper and lower
level seating. The Paddock runs the whole length of the
pitch and keeps you close the action. There is also an area
for wheelchair use in Block F. Please contact the Ticket
Office for further information on booking this area. Blocks
D and E are more popular with Season Ticket Holders as
they mostly provide unobstructed views of the pitch. Blocks
A-C are smaller blocks and closer to the home terraced fans.
Bees United is the upper level seating. All Blocks are
available except C and DIR. All Season Tickets for these
areas have usage of the The Hive on matchdays.

EALING ROAD STAND
THE NEW ROAD STAND offers a great match day experience
for young and old. Blocks G, H and J are the designated
Family Area. Our Family area has been more popular than
ever with the fans of the future coming out in big numbers
to support their local team in action. In accordance with The
Football League’s “Enjoy the Match” campaign we ask all
supporters to respect the fact that the blocks in question
are a Family Area.
The dug outs are also located within the New Road Stand
so having a seat in this stand will get you up close to the
Brentford FC players and will keep any keen Brentford fan on
the edge of their seat. **Block A unavailable** Season Tickets
for this area will not have access to The Hive on matchdays.
THE EALING ROAD STAND is the Terrace located at the
Ealing Road end of stadium. This terrace is the stand you
want to be in to back the players with your vocal support
and to truly soak up the atmosphere of Griffin Park. So sing
Loud and Proud and support the Bees in 2014/2015. All
Season Tickets for these areas have usage of the The Hive
on matchdays.

noted on your Membership card or inside left cover of your
Season Ticket book. All Season Ticket holders and Club
members will already have an online registered account/
customer number; please use this to enter into the first box.
If you have used your online account previously, please use
your registered password. If you have not used the online
service before, please click ‘Forgotten password’ to have this
sent to you by email. If you have never bought online before
or via the Ticket Office, you will need to register to purchase
(See Step 4).

Your tickets will be automatically be placed in your basket. To
assign season tickets to friends or family members, just click
on the drop down menu option at your customer number and
select the relevant family or friend member. If you are happy
with your purchase click on ‘Checkout’ and you will go direct
