A MESSAGE FROM THE President
Wow - what a fantastic year CREW San Antonio has had and how
much fun this has been! The CREW San Antonio Board had set some
lofty goals for this year, and I am happy to report that we have met
or surpassed nearly every one of those goals. We evaluated what
our members felt we did well as well as those areas that needed
improvement, and we worked extremely hard this year to strengthen
the organization in every one of those aspects. The Board’s key goal
for our Chapter was financial soundness so we could do more for our
members, which we were able to accomplish.
CARRIE CAESAR
Our CREW San Antonio membership consists of a broad base of
disciplines in the commercial real estate industry. The foundation of
our benefits lies in providing networking opportunities so business
can be done among our members.
Our move to the Norris Conference Center greatly enhanced the networking opportunities by providing the
much needed space we required for our growing membership. Additionally, we held several Member’s Only
events, site tours of commercial real estate developments, Movie Night and monthly luncheons highlighting
current topics affecting the real estate community. Our two signature events, Forum and CREWtini, along
with our Wine Raffle, were tremendous. These events provided operating funds for our chapter as well as
provided a near-record total of seven scholarships for members to attend the CREW Network Convention in
Seattle (Bellevue), Washington. These signature events also allowed us to make a sizeable donation to the
UTSA CREW Endowment Fund.
I am proud to have served as President of this amazing organization this year, and I sincerely thank all of our
Board, sponsors and members for their generosity and support in making this a superb year for CREW!
Please take a moment to review the many exciting accomplishments of CREW San Antonio in 2015 in this
Year in Review. We have accomplished so much together!
Sincerely,
Carrie Caesar

CREW SIGNATURE FUNDRAISING Events
CREW FORUM
Our signature event was held at the Briscoe Museum in April 2015. The Forum
is dedicated to tapping into the courage in each of us to take risks, reach a little
further, and make the bold choices that will drive our successes. The 22nd Annual
CREW Forum was a great success resulting in a sold out event. Below are some of
the highlights and people that made your 2015 Forum a success.
• Guest keynote speakers were Spencer Levy, CBRE and Collette English
Dixon, Prudential Real Estate Advisors.
• Both keynotes flew in from out of state at no cost to CREW and gave a
phenomenal overview of the global and national capital markets as well as
San Antonio
• We had 326 attendees, the maximum the Briscoe will hold
• CREW San Antonio made a profit of approximately $23,000 from the event
for our organization’s operations
• Outstanding sponsors as well as many vendor participants
CREW Forum
We hope to see you at the Tobin to experience our 23rd Annual CREW Forum on
April 12, 2016!
CREWtini
CREWtini, our Fall fundraiser, was held at Plaza Las Campanas in September
2015. The event was a record breaking success and here are some highlights:
• CREW San Antonio raised approximately $13,000 for scholarships for UTSA
students and our members
• We had record attendance with 320 attendees!
• 17 teams participated
• 10 Top Shelf Award and 3 Popular Well sponsors
• UTSA students volunteered to help with team setup and event management
• The new photo booth was a great success!
CREWTINI UTSA STUDENT Volunteers

WINE RAFFLE
In 2015, we initiated a new fundraising event, a Wine Raffle.
• Received a donation of 100 bottles of wine from Guarachi Wine Partners
• CREW San Antonio sold 80 tickets at $100 each for a chance to win
the 100 bottles!
• The funds raised were used primarily for scholarships for our members to
attend Network Convention in Bellevue (Seattle), Washington
• CREW San Antonio awarded seven $1,000 scholarships to members!

CREW Network Convention
Our NATIONAL REACH
CREW NETWORK & FOUNDATION
CREW San Antonio is a chapter of CREW Network, an organization
nearly 10,000 strong in 70 major markets throughout the US and
Canada. We continued our support of Network and Foundation in
2015, and we are one of only a few CREW chapters that completed
the Network Foundation Challenge. CREW Foundation is the
only organization dedicating its resources solely toward building
opportunities for women and girls in commercial real estate through
educational outreach, as well as scholarship and mentoring programs,
and industry research. CREW San Antonio will host the Network
Winter Leadership meetings in January 2016.
CREW FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS
To date 76 scholarships have been awarded, totaling $610,000.
Recipients receive tuition and books, paid internship, eMentor, CREW
membership and registration to the national Network Convention.
This year, CREW Network Foundation selected a local scholarship
winner! Jenna Stoeltje, a senior at UTSA was chosen as a CREW
Network Foundation Scholar.
JENNA STOELTJE
2015 CREW NETWORK FOUNDATION
SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT
“The CREW Network Foundation Scholarship is a prestigious,
highly-sought after accolade,” said Carrie Caesar, president of
CREW San Antonio. “Jenna was the first-ever recipient selected
from San Antonio. Her accomplishments shine a light on San
Antonio’s commercial real estate future and bring awareness to
everything the CREW San Antonio chapter offers.”
