2015 and Saturday 25th October 2015 event dates. BOTH EVENT DATES ARE 18+

VIP TICKETS
Those who purchase VIP tickets will receive:
• Exclusive VIP entry (no waiting in queue)
• A Stein with a complimentary fill of Elmar’s beer or a bottle of Elmar’s wine with
a commemorative wine glass to keep
• Oktoberfest Pretzel upon arrival into the Beer Tent
• Full German Service Table Buffet Lunch
• Access to all General Admission (GA) areas and our VIP Beer Tent for the
duration of the day, with great views of the live music
• Fenced off VIP grassed area so you’re still a part of the action
• VIP toilet facilities (no GA allowed)
• Oktoberfest themed games with great prizes exclusive to those inside the VIP
Beer Tent
TIMES
Gates open at 11am and the venue closes at 5pm. Strictly NO ENTRY AFTER 3PM.
All BARS CLOSE AT 4PM or at Management’s discretion.
ENTRY
Entry for VIPs is at the main entrance gate via the special VIP line. The VIP line
will close at 12pm. Any VIPs arriving after 12pm will need to access the venue via
the GA line.
VIP AREA
The VIP Beer Tent will be located in direct view of the stage, amongst the centre of
the Oktoberfest action. Priority beverage service is available to all those in the VIP
Beer Tent and seating is provided by way of picnic benches, which will be arranged
into long tables or beer hall seating.
Seating is on a first in, best dressed basis however,
please be courteous if other groups are seated at
the same table and fill gaps where required. Once
you have consumed your meal, please feel free to
move around the venue. Your VIP wristband will
allow you to have special access between the VIP area and GA area – please keep
your wristband on at all times and do not lose it. RESERVED SEATING IS NOT
AVAILABLE.
DRINK
Upon entry, VIPs will be given a drink voucher, which can be redeemed at the
bar inside the VIP Beer Tent. With your drink voucher you may choose either a
stein with complimentary fill of Elmar’s beer or a bottle of Elmar’s wine with a
commemorative wine glass for you to keep. Additional beverages can be purchased
with cash from the bar inside the VIP Beer Tent, or any other bar. Elmar’s beer and
wine, cider, soft drinks and bottled water will be available for purchase on the day.
FOOD
The German Service Table Buffet Lunch will be served inside the VIP Beer Tent
at 12pm, with mains cleared at 1pm. Dessert will be served at 1.30pm and cleared
by 2pm. Once mains have been cleared, food items will not be brought back out.
To avoid disappointment, please arrive prior to 12pm. Please note there is NO
DIETARY OR SPECIAL MEAL CHANGES AVAILABLE.
If you are still hungry there will be a range of delicious German Food stalls selling
Elmar’s Bratwursts, Pork Shanks, Hot Chips, Pretzels and more!
ENTERTAINMENT
Ben Merito and band will be performing live on both event dates, with special guests
still to be confirmed. There will also be heaps of other entertainment including
Oktoberfest themed games exclusive to the VIP Beer Tent. Bratwurst Eating, Stein
Holding and Tug a war competitions will also be open to all guests (VIP and GA).
PARKING
Free onsite parking is available at the venue for both cars and buses, but is limited.
Book your bus to and from Elmar’s through Midland Bus and get 20% off your
hire rate. Restricted to bookings of 20+ people. Book by calling (08) 9250 3335 and
mention the special event code TBC to get 20% off.
WHAT TO BRING
• Sealed, bottled water, must be sealed (unopened)
• WA Proof of Age card or an Australian Driver’s license NO ID NO ENTRY
• There will be an ATM located inside the
restaurant, but we strongly recommend that
you bring cash with you on the day
• Oktoberfest is a themed party so please feel
free to dress up appropriately or you may wear
comfortable clothing instead
• Footwear must be worn at all times
WHAT NOT TO BRING
• No BYO food or drink (other than sealed bottled water) is allowed to to be
brought into the venue and will be confiscated at the main entrance gate
• Pets
• Do not bring any item that can be classed as a weapon (nail file, scissors, knives
etc.) If you bring an item that can be classed as a weapon it will be confiscated
and left at the gate. The venue cannot guarantee that it will still be there at the
end of the day
• No perfumes or aerosol cans (spray deodorants)
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
As a VIP Ticket Holder you automatically accept to comply with the following
conditions of entry:
• If your photo is taken by our official event photographer, it can be used for
advertising or promotional materials
• Elmar’s in the Valley is a licensed area, therefore no ID, no entry
• Alcohol is not permitted outside of the licensed areas, this includes car parks
• All bags are subject to a safety and security check upon entry and exit
• No perfumes or aerosol cans (spray deodorants)
• Do not bring any items that can be classed as a weapon (nail file, scissors, knives
etc.)
• No pass outs
• No refunds on purchased polysafe cups and steins
• Bars close at 4pm or at the Manager’s discretion
• Dress comfortably or dress up in Oktoberfest themed costumes
• For your safety, footwear must be worn at all times
• This is a cash only event. Please bring cash with you to avoid disappointment as
there will only be one (1) ATM on site, inside the restaurant
• Smoking is permitted, but please keep it inside the designated smoking area
• Bar staff have the right to refuse service of alcohol if it appears you are
intoxicated. Please accept their decision and have water instead
• There will be zero tolerance of any anti- social behaviour imposed and we will
exercise our right to evict those who do not comply
• Gate staff have the right and will exercise their right to refuse entry to any
persons who upon arrival are not prepared to comply with the above conditions
