ENCORE is a 40' Young Brothers Flybridge Cruiser, finished by Roger Morse in 1985 and completely updated
in 2006-2010 by Great Island Boatyard in Harpswell, Maine. This is a very handsome "Downeast" Cruiser powered
by a single CAT 3208TA diesel, with approximately 2500 hours, and offering economical cruising speeds of 10 knots
burning 4.5 gph, or up to 19 knots if desired. Overall custom design by Capt. Bret Gilliam. Vessel is under US
documentation.
Highlights of this outstanding vessel include two separate staterooms, one head with a separate large stall shower,
360 degree visibility when seated in the main salon, a galley up with all new appliances, a Northern Lights 8kw
generator, two zone air conditioning/heat, mostly all new electronics and inverter, new wiring, 2010 headliners, new
interior ultrasuede upholstery, new flat screen TV-DVD surround-sound, new Awlgripped Flag Blue hull and white
superstructure, new batteries, new high output alternator, new bimini, new flybridge Sunbrella cushions and covers,
all hardware rebidded and some replaced, all new portlights in main salon, new hot water heater, and much more.
