MicroBellargo – machine wefts
The MicroBellargo system makes use of braids as hair extensions and/or for fuller hair.
What is special about this system is that only gentle heat is used for fixing purposes – no adhesive
or solvent, which means that your own hair will not be adversely affected.

Bellargo – strands
The Bellargo system works with strands. As is the case with the MicroBellargo system,
only gentle heat is used.

Glued strands
The system works with strands that have been pre-fixed to shrink tubing. The client’s own hair is pulled
through the shrink tubing, using a special needle, and is then fixed with gentle heat and the use of a hot
melt adhesive. The strands can be rebonded several times.

Ring method
This system can be used easily and quickly to integrate braids to which tiny metal sleeves have
been sewn. The client’s own hair is pulled through the metal sleeves cross-wise and fixed, using
a special pair of tongs.

We have compiled the following

an individual wig.

In order to transfer our head measurements, we require a plaster or foam head, a foil imprint,
a measuring chart or a plaster shell that can be cast according to your requirements.

FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION
Hair integration pieces – standard
You can choose to send an already completed foundation for processing or select your foundation
material according to our material sample chart. You can also send in your material for processing.
Sending in a sample foundation was found to be very useful. Otherwise, you can select from our
standard foundations in the sizes 55-60.
Step 3
HAIR SELECTION
Select your hair quality from our complete KERLING hair range. Determine the colour, length,
wig weight and wave.
Step 4
PRODUCTION
Tell us which type of hair you want us to use on the foundation: full weft wig, weft wig with
stitched parting or crown, weft wig with knotted parting or crown, combined wig (50% weft, 50%
knotting) or fully knotted wig. Further important parts are: weft type, knotting type, knotting
direction, knotting density and final weight.

Thereafter, the tubes are sprayed with a special
adhesive and then compressed with special closing
pliers. The weft is thereby fixed. The weft can be
removed by separating the metal tube with a seam
opener from the weft.
The tubes, which are still fastened to the wearer‘s
own hair, are sprayed with an adhesive solvent
and pressed open in the opposite direction with
opening pliers. They can then simply be pulled off
the wearer‘s own hair. Reattachment is possible
by resewing the tubes. This method also makes it
possible reliably to fasten hair pieces, toupees or
volume parts.
