Seating for up to 120 guests is available within the barn, and up to 200 guests can be accommodated with the use of the cover ed wrap around decking.

Guest counts over 200 can also be accommodated with optional tenting* on various locations of the farm.

Round or rectangle tables, and white garden chairs are inclusive in your menu packages, with many upgraded seating options* available if desired.

A beautiful restroom trailer is provided for the convenience of your guests.

The rustic cottage is available for your pre-ceremony preparations.

A vast array of locations for stunning wedding day photography exist within the acres of the farm.

Affordable Saturday rental fees of $3500, and Friday or Sunday discounted rental of $2500 for the 2015 season.

Multiple ceremony sites are located throughout the grounds of the farm including—the pond, willow tree or the lawn with panoramic pastoral field views.

Ceremony chair rental, set-up and strike can be provided for $4.00 per chair for on-site ceremonies.. Hay bail seating is also available at $4.00 per bail.

Specialty décor components* can be provided if desired at additional cost based upon selection, for example, our beautiful bronze arch and gate.
