The 2016 Ft. Elliott Junior Livestock Show was
January 26 in Ft. Elliott. Exhibitors presented their
goats, sheep, heifers, steers and swine to the judges at their local show. With this competion complete exhibitors will continue on to compete in Ft.
Worth, San Antonio, San Angelo and Houston.
Results are as follows:
Steer
Class 1: Kaylan Smith, first place, Grand Champion; Kelton Quarles, second place, Reserve
Grand; Rebecca Longley, third place.
Heifers
Class 1: Brooklyn Buckingham, first place
Class 2: Boone Begert, first place and Grand
Champion.
