that goes beyond just the preparation of numbers
and provides meaning to what is represented
in the financial reports. You’ll extend your
understanding as well as your ability to apply
International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS), with a focus on ethics, client service
and future accounting developments.
Management Accounting
& Applied Finance
This module gives a holistic view across
the business, looking at business data in a
whole new way. You’ll learn how to analyse,
interpret and provide deeper insights to key

Mentored Practical Experience
You’ll learn from an experienced mentor
Applying learned knowledge to
the business world can be challenging.
That’s why mentored practical experience
is a critical part of the Program. With the
support of your own ‘personal coach’ you will
quickly develop your professional learning
and maximise your growth potential.
The Program incorporates a three-year mentored
practical experience component. Your CA qualified
mentor will set you on the path to success and
provide you with the guidance and insight that
only comes from someone who has already
successfully negotiated the challenges of the
modern business world.
How does your mentor guide you?
•Through structured one-on-one time,
providing guidance and support with
your learning which is usually relevant
to your workplace
•By formally reviewing your practical
experience on a regular basis.

powerful networks that will help you grow your
career. You’ll also have access to our closed
social media group, thought leading insights and
events to support your continuous professional
development.
The best thing about
being a Chartered
Accountant is that
when you are discussing
a problem with a
colleague, or pitching
something to the board,
the person you are
talking to knows the
experience that you’ve
had and they know
that the opinion you’re
raising will be well
reasoned and sound.
