This plane is ideal for flush trimming of projections such as glue lines,
laminate edges, and plugs.
This Jointer Fence enables you to shoot consistent and accurate square
or bevelled edges. The 11” long anodized aluminum fence can be
attached to either side of the plane with the brass thumbscrews provided
and the set screw can be adjusted to square the fence to the sole. The 2”
tall guiding face can be used to plane edges perfectly square, it can also
be used to shoot angles less than 90˚ when a bevelled wooden guide is
attached to the inside face of the fence.
It can also be used for cleaning out the insides of corners. Its comfortable
shape provides a solid grip while a steel pin moulded into the tough ABS

smaller than typical spokeshaves at 6-3/4” long. It’s designed for fine
smoothing and shaping with a tight mouth opening that helps reduce
tear-out, and a 5/8” radius sole allows you to work tight curves. The
lapped PM-V11 blade is 1-3/8” wide and 3/32” thick with a 30o bevel and
clamped with a thumbscrew and cap iron.
Veritas’ flat spokeshaves have been designed for smooth effective
chatter-free shaping of chair spindles, panel edges, paddles, tool

These three piece scraper sets cover a variety of scraping jobs. The concave

of concave surfaces. The gently chamfered surfaces of the third style are
perfect for stripping glue lines or for intricate scraping.
This 3/8” tapered tenon cutter will put tapered tenons on the tips of
turnings, dowels or rustic furniture components to fit into tapered holes;

VERITAS SUPERHARD CABINET SCRAPER SET
VERITAS VARIABLE BURNISHER WITH BLADE
These scrapers are hardened to RC48-52 and hold an edge longer
than most. The edges are carefully milled to a square; sharp 90o; ready
for immediate use on fine work. For heavy-duty use, a hook must be
burnished onto them. The scrapers come in 4 thicknesses: 0.4, 0.6, 0.8,
1mm. The two thinnest are for fine work and the two thicker ones for
heavier stock removal or paint removal. All come with edge guards and
complete resharpening instructions.
Veritas’ variable burnisher makes burnishing easy. The unit has a carbide
rod in a brass hub held at an angle. A dial on the face of the body lets
you set any angle from 0o to 15o. Rotate the hub to the chosen angle and
then lock it in position with the thumbscrew. Because the burnisher body
is slotted; you can burnish a scraper with complete confidence that the
correct angle is being maintained. Instructions included and it comes
with a scraper to practice on.

Anodized aluminum body, brass face, stainless-steel rod. An internal
O-ring keeps constant light friction on the rod. It is fitted with a two-stage
collet that allows micro-adjustment of the cutting wheel. The collet has a
fine-pitch thread, one revolution advances or retracts the wheel 1mm. The
knurled thumbscrew then locks the setting. The hardened steel wheel cuts
wood fibers rather than tearing them leaving a clean mark even on cross
grain. The wheel’s single-sided bevel also forces the gauge face against
the stock maintaining accuracy. The cutting edge of the wheel is at the
extreme end of the shaft which is useful for transferring dimensions.

The dual marking gauge has two independently adjustable rods
letting you set two measurements at once so you can quickly alternate
between them. The cutting wheels are oriented with opposing bevels
ensuring that you can always set the bevel in the waste side of a cut.

Precision-ground to a flatness tolerance of 0.005” over the entire
surface. This honing plate is an excellent substrate for diamond
paste. Made of dimensionally stable low-carbon steel it will retain its
flatness over a lifetime of ordinary use. Unlike sharpening stones it
will never need truing.
This style of scissor has been made for over 300 years in China. Hand
forged they have a hard steel layer laminated to a softer iron backing that
supports the more brittle hardened layer. They come razor sharp. The
blade strength and sharpness make them useful in the shop, garden or
kitchen. Overall lengths:140 to 216mm.

simultaneously clamp the
work and wedge the post
in place. Fine barb-shaped
ridges
prevent
upward
movement when the post is
canted while still allowing
easy entry into a hole. To
release it you simply flip the
lever back.
VERITAS 4 WAY SPEED FRAME CLAMP
The fastest adjusting frame clamp on the market. The four clamping nuts
are designed to let you make fast adjustments. They are cross-drilled to
slide easily until they come up against a corner clamp then their threads
engage. To release just back them off by a turn and they slide again.
The corners are accurate extrusions with a machinists inside corner. Kit
includes extensions as shown giving a maximum capacity of 44” square
or 65” x 23” rectangle.

These bench dogs are made from solid brass rod
and can be installed in any bench by drilling a
3/4” hole. Brass dogs are not only non-corroding
but are kinder to your tools if you happen to slip
and strike one with a sharp edge. The combined
cross-hatching and 2 degrees inward slope of the
dog face hold wood very securely. The side spring
lets the dog slide smoothly but holds it well at any
desired projection.
