Stellar Management & The Chetrit
Group, Winick Realty Group was an
integral part of Columbus Square’s
development. We provided detailed
market analysis to the institution
financing the project and consulted
with ownership through the entire
construction process, including
building dedicated loading docks
and delivering sufficient electric
services, minimal columns for ideal
spacing, and maximum signage
capacity with prime frontage.
To date, Winick Realty Group has
leased over 350,000 square feet
of retail and community space at
Columbus Square, bringing Whole
Foods, TJ Maxx, Home Goods,
Michaels, Crumbs Bakery, Sephora
