You can do a lot with 125 gallons of water a minute
from your private well. Water livestock, grow grapes
or fruit trees-many possibilities for farming or ranching.
Certified tree farm is 39 acres of pines. Fencing

for cattle grazing. Seasonal Little Humbug Creek and
a registered pond are accessed by a network of dirt
