The meaning of KASIH KARUNIA PROPERTI (KKP) it that the
company felt sure that;
“Because of God’s Gifts thats full of love, has lead all of
us to do property business up until we finally found this
brilliant concept”
And the concept itself are called URBAN OASIS, which have
the meaning of;
“The Source of Life in The Middle of A Busy City”
Because of the naming of the concept, hence the iconic logo
of Urban Oasis are made as the following.

Meaning of
Urban Oasis Logo
Inspired as the source of life but also respecting the local culture and designed to it’s own
specific details, PT Kasih Karunia Properti designed Urban Oasis logo which described as the
following:
Green Color symbolize the mangrove as a refreshing green view
Blue Color symbolize the Sky and Ocean view as a calming blue view
Flower symbolize Bali that’s full of Art with yellow color to describe happiness and
prosperity
A Temple in the middle and the highest among other buildings symbolize the culture and
God are the highest of them all
Buildings on the left symbolize the existing buildings in Bali
Buildings on the right and are rising up symbolize Urban Oasis as a new area that will bring
the professional and investors success in this place
Silhouette of flower with gradient of blue to green hair hanging down symbolize the head
or the top part of a Balinese dancer that are full of art
Circle on the top left with UO initials symbolize the sun that always shines in daylight and
the moon that shines at night

The basic idea of PT KASIH KARUNIA PROPERTI to launch this Urban Oasis Project
comes from a deep and thorough research.
Urban Oasis is the only working place, where you can “truly feel” nourished and fresh
just as if you’re right at home in Bali.
Based on our research of property businesses in Bali, almost all of the people who
invest in Bali are mostly focusing on tourist facilities such as: HOTEL, RESTAURANT
and ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES including PROFITABLE CULTURE FACILITIES.
But no one ever thought about the needs of a certain market segment that were
never touched. This segment are “those that are doing any activities and/or working
to fulfill the needs of facilities and supporting facilities in Bali”. Professionals such as:
contractor, architect, consultant, marketing, lawyer, supplier, investor, mediator, legal
consultant, notary, etc.

Therefore, WE CAN PRACTICALLY SAID THAT UNTIL TODAY, THERE ARE
NO FACILITIES AND SUPPORTING FACILITIES FOR THESE PROFESSIONALS
to interact in doing the process from their initial meeting until final regarding their
projects, especially their business processes. Therefore we conclude that this specific
facilities is on high demand, which is a place to do those processes mentioned
before equipped with good facility such as a comfy meeting place to have meals
and drinks, which perhaps later can lead to a serious meeting that requires a
private meeting room, including presenting/marketing their product in function
room and last but not least, a time and space flexible office space that they can
adjust accordingly to their necessities as a place to prepare/concentrate on their
businesses.
Because of all these factors, such facilities and supporting facilities must be provided,
that is: “A place to do Integrated Processing from the first meeting step, up to
where the deal is happening and finally leads to the start of a new project”, what

In conclusion it can be said that there is no factor found to
reason or withhold this project from being built, including
economic factor, except natural disaster.

Government and Bali Province, the people of Bali, all together will
