There is a $25 out-of-council fee for girls who are not members of GSCP2P or Hornets Nest Council.
Girls who are not currently registered Girl Scouts will need to pay an additional $50 fee.

Family Camp
Keyauwee Program Center Family Camp
June 27-28, July 11-12, July 25-26 ~ Fee: $50/person up to a family of 4; free for children under 4 years.
At our family camp we offer a child-friendly, affordable weekend where you will meet families from all
over. Enjoy a campfire, swimming, boating, climbing, archery, crafts and all for one price, including food!
Ginger Cascades Family Fourth of July Bash!
July 4, 2015, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. ~ Fee: $15 per person, lunch and a snack included
Bring your family to camp for a fun, relaxed July 4th celebration! Enjoy some of our favorite camp

Leadership Programs
CIT I (COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING I) – AGES 15-16
Ginger Cascades Adventure Base Camp: June 21-July 3; Camp Pisgah: July 5-17, July 17-28;
Keyauwee Program Center: July 5-17, July 19-31 ~ Fee: $460/$510/$560
Have you always dreamed of being a summer camp staff member? Welcome to the first step… the
CIT program! This session gives girls a chance to develop skills as future camp counselors. Learn
counseling and leadership skills, behavior management techniques and new songs. You will learn to
help with camp activities, work with younger campers and, of course, have fun!
CIT II (COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING II) – AGES 16-17
All Camps: June 16-July 3, plus one additional week as an intern ~ Fee: $585
If you have already completed CIT I in a previous summer and have applied and been accepted as a
CIT II, you will learn to work with staff and campers of all backgrounds and ages, hone your skills as a
facilitator at program areas and get certified in American Red Cross First Aid and CPR and spend time
with the CIT IIs from all three camps.

DAY CAMP SESSIONS
Grades: 1-3 & 4-6 ~ Fees: $135 for grades 1-6; $35 for optional overnight;
$50 to add transportation
Come join us at day camp this summer! All sessions include daily swimming, arts and crafts,
sports and boating. You can also sign up for an optional Thursday night sleepover at camp. This
is a great program for girls who are new to camp! Transportation is available for an additional
cost from Ginger Cascades Adventure Base Camp – Statesville, Hickory and Lincolnton; Camp
Pisgah – Asheville and Mills River; Keyauwee Program Center – Colfax, Winston-Salem and High

PROGRAM AIDE FOR DAY CAMP
Grades: 7-12 ~ Fees: $85; $50 to add transportation
This program is for girls who have already been trained as Program Aides and want to assist at
Day Camp. Girls must also attend the one-day camp specific training at the location they sign
up for. This fee also includes the cost of the Thursday night overnight, which is required for all

Required Site Specific Training Day: May 30 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at all three camps.
ADULT VOLUNTEERS FOR DAY CAMP
We are looking for adult volunteers to help run our day camp program. Volunteers must apply for
these positions, go through a full background check and attend a one day training on May 30 at
the camp they want to work at. Volunteers will receive a 25%-50% discount on a camp session
for up to two girls for every week they volunteer. For more information, please contact our

Come out to Keyauwee for a fun filled two days! Your troop will
get to choose from lots of great camp activities like boating,
swimming and crafts. All meals are provided.
GINGER CASCADES TROOP EXPLORERS
June 24-26, June 28-30, July 1-3, July 5-7 ~ Fee: Girl $100; Adult $25
Your and your troop can choose from a variety of camp activities such
as canoeing, swimming, climbing wall, cascading and more! All meals
are provided.
GINGER CASCADES CAMP CRAZE
June 20, July 25, August 1 ~ Fee: $10 per person
Come on out and get CRAZED about camp! Spend six hours playing at
camp. Camp staff will take care of everything and make sure you have
a CRAZY, fun time!
