Gregers Kronborg is general partner of Northzone Ventures
working out of the Copenhagen and London offices. Gregers
Kronborg is responsible for investments in eCommerce/internet
business models such as TrustPilot and Mojn/RTT, and in
hardware related investments in Napatech and Asetek, that
were both listed on Oslo stock exchange last year. Gregers
also serves as chairman of the venture sector of DVCA. Prior
to joining Northzone, Gregers has been a business angel, a
successful technology entrepreneur (COCOM acquired by
Cisco) and management consulting partner. Gregers holds a

Allan Soegaard Larsen joined Falck in 1990. By 2004, Allan
had climbed to the very top of Falck, where he is currently
president and CEO. Before his time at Falck, Mr. Larsen was
a teacher at Randers Technical School, where after he joined
Aarhus Sporveje to become a HR Consultant and later HR
Manager. Prior to his working career, he took a Master’s degree
in Nordic language and literature at Aarhus University.
In addition to his position at Falck, Allan Larsen is on the board
of directors of PensionDanmark Holding A/S, PensionDanmark A/S,
Ambu A/S and the Central Board of the Confederation of
Danish Industry.

Frank Fiskers
President & CEO, Scandic Hotels
Frank Fiskers is since October 2013 President & CEO of
Scandic Hotels, one of Europe´s largest hotel operators with
currently 235 hotels in operation and development in seven
countries and close to 13,000 employees. For the two years
prior Frank was CEO of Coop/KF, Sweden. Prior to that he
was a partner at Azure Property Group, London. In April 2007
Frank became CEO of Scandic Hotels as part of a private equity buy-out, a position he held until September 2010. For six
years Frank was with Hilton as Vice President based in Frankfurt, Stockholm, London and Johannesburg. Before that he
was for a number of years with SAS Hotels in various senior
operational positions - latest as Vice President, Nordic Countries.

Principal, Aberdeen Private Equity
Mirja is a Principal in private equity within Aberdeen’s Alternatives
Division. The private equity team manages in excess of £3.7bn
in commitments on behalf of its clients. Since 2006, Mirja has
helped the team refocus the investment strategy towards a
proactive pure European buy-out strategy based on local
networks. Mirja has formed strong relationships with many of
the leading European private equity funds, particularly those
in the Nordic and German-speaking regions, were she is the
country partner. She sits on the advisory boards of a number
of funds.
Prior to SWIP (which was acquired by Aberdeen in April 2014),
Mirja has previously worked for Goldman Sachs as an Executive
Director responsible for a number of M&A, buyout and leveraged
transactions. Prior to that she worked in the Investment Banking
Division at Morgan Stanley.
Mirja holds a Master of Science Degree in Economics and
Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics
and Hochschule St. Gallen. She is fluent in Swedish, English
and German.

Henrik Kraft (London) joined KKR in 2006 and leads KKR’s
KKRunications industry team in Europe within KKR’s Private
Equity platform. Mr. Kraft is also responsible for the development of
KKR’s activities in the Nordic countries. He has been actively
involved with investments in Ambea, Alliance Boots, SBB/
Telemach, TDC, Versatel and Visma. Mr. Kraft currently serves
on the boards of directors of SBB/Telemach, Versatel and
Visma. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Kraft was with Apax Partners
in London focusing on technology and telecoms investments
including TDC and Intelsat. Previously, he was a strategy

Lars Terney
Partner, Nordic Capital
Partner, NC Advisory A/S, advisor to the Nordic Capital funds.
Joined NC Advisory A/S in July, 2008. Lars holds an MBA from
J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern
University and started his career at Boston Consulting Group
in Chicago in 1994. He was one of the founders of BCG’s
Copenhagen branch in 1998 and became Managing Partner for
BCG’s Copenhagen office in 2001 and Senior Partner in BCG
in 2007.
Lars is the Chairman of Bladt Industries, a steel contractor for
the offshore wind energy sector. He also serves on the boards
of the leading sporting goods retailer chain SPORT-MASTER
and as well as logistics company Unifeeder. Previously, Lars

provider Falck, and also IT solutions and consultancy services

Tatiana Chopova
Managing Director, Alplnvest
Tatiana is a Managing Director in AlpInvest Partners’ Fund
Investments team and focuses on the European market. She
joined AlpInvest Partners in 2003 from McKinsey & Co.,
where she was a Consultant, based in Moscow and Brussels,
advising multinational companies on strategic and financial issues.
Previously, she worked at Credit Suisse First Boston. Tatiana
received a BS, with first-class honors, from the University of

carve-outs, capital raising and private equity buy-outs.

Prior to joining Adelis, Steffen was a partner at 3i Nordic where
he was responsible for buyout activities in Denmark. Steffen
joined 3i in 2001, became partner in 2007 and was Head of
the European Private Equity Portfolio from 2010 to 2012. Prior
to joining 3i, Steffen was on the corporate finance team at
Deloitte & Touche in London and Copenhagen. Steffen is

Tore Rynning-Nielsen co-founded Herkules Private Equity

Mr. Rynning-Nielsen has more than 25 years of international
corporate finance experience, including as a principal, an
advisor and an investor. In 1999 he founded the private education
company B+W Learning Systems AS. Mr. Rynning-Nielsen
has also held positions as managing director of Enskilda
Securities’ Norwegian operations and as senior vice
president and treasurer of Holberg Industrier Inc. in Greenwich,
Connecticut. From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Rynning-Nielsen worked
at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in New York, responsible
for origination of fixed income instruments for clients in
Europe and Asia.
Mr. Rynning-Nielsen is a member of the Board of Overseers at

Stefan joined Altor as Partner in 2004 and had previously
worked for seven years at Industri Kapital, responsible for
private equity investments in Sweden and Finland. Prior to

Sven Lidén

Sven Lidén is Adveq’s CEO and Head of Investor Relations and
Marketing. He is responsible for the coordination of all investor
related activities. He is also a member of Adveq’s Management
Committee.
Before joining Adveq in 2011, Sven worked for 10 years at Man
Investments, most recently as the Head of Product Strategy
and Business Development. Prior to that he was a member of
the Executive Management Team at RMF which focuses on
institutional fund of funds operations at Man Investments. At RMF
he acted as the Head of Business Development and Client
Services, the Head of Portfolio Management and the Head of
Global Leveraged Finance. Before joining RMF in 2001, Sven
was a Co-Head of Swiss Re’s Central and Eastern European
activities and prior to that he built up Lidén & Denz, Russia’s
leading language school.
Sven holds two Master’s degrees from the University of St.
Gallen, Switzerland, one in Management and one in Political
Science. He is also a Management Coach, certified by the

Succession Practice for a global executive search firm, working
extensively with C-suite executives and board members at major
Nordic, European and global technology clients. Before this Kai led

in establishing its presence in the Nordic region.
He has considerable experience in advising clients on how to align
a company’s talent portfolio with the overall business strategy and
company culture.
Previously, Kai worked for Apple Computer as the UK Regional
Marketing Director, based in London, and as EMEA Marketing
Manager for the Education Business Unit based in Paris. Before
that, he held various sales and marketing management positions
at Apple Computer and Hewlett-Packard in Denmark.
Kai received his MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg
Graduate School of Management and his MSc in Economics from
the University of Aarhus, Denmark. He is fluent in Danish, English,
Swedish and Norwegian.
Kai is a published author and distinguished thought leader,
co-authoring a book called “Fish Can’t See Water”, on how

Elina Björklund was appointed CEO of Reima Oy in 2012. Reima is
the leading Nordic functional kids wear brand currently owned
by Riverside, the US based private equity investor.
Prior to joining Reima, Elina was Partner and Director of
Management Consultancy B&B Advisors in Shanghai, China.
Prior to this her working history included executive roles in
companies Fiskars Plc and Iittala Group.
She started her career in banking and held a position of Chief
equity analyst and Deputy Managing Director of Merita Securities
(currently Nordea) between 1996-1999.
Elina has had several positions of trust throughout her career
including Marimekko Plc and Finnair Plc. She holds a M.Sc

Torben Frigaard Rasmussen
Former CEO, e-conomic
Torben is a Special Operating Director at HgCapital, the #1
investor in technology growth buyouts across Europe over
the last 15 years.
Torben joined HgCapital in 2014, having spent nearly six years
as CEO at e-conomic, a HgCapital portfolio company. He has
a 20 year track record in the SME software and online sector,
working to build businesses in Europe and across the USA.
In addition, Torben is Chairman of a number of companies:
Vinens Verden, Worldticket, Kofoed&Co and esoft a/s. He is
also a member of the board at Fyens Stiftstidende and the
advisory board at Danish National Growth Fund/Vækstfonden.

Lars Bo Jeppesen was appointed CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Nordics, Central & Eastern Europe (NCEE) in August 2014.
Prior to his regional role Lars Bo Jeppesen was CEO of Dentsu
Aegis Network in Denmark since 2006 and Nordic CEO since
2013. Worldwide, Dentsu Aegis Network is Innovating the Way
Brands Are Built for its clients through its best-in-class expertise
and capabilities in media, digital and creative communications
services. The group consists of a number of digital, media and
marketing agencies including Carat, Vizeum, iProspect, Isobar,
Posterscope and psLIVE. There are 3000 full time employees
in the 18 markets of the NCEE region.
Before joining Dentsu Aegis Network, Lars Bo Jeppesen, who
has a master degree in economics and marketing, founded the
first sponsorship consultancy company “Promovator” in Denmark in 1998. The company was sold to Aegis plc (now Dentsu
Aegis Network) in 2002 and today operates under the name
“psLIVE”. Furthermore he worked for Carlsberg, TDC, Danske
Bank, Velux, Lego and SAS on maximising the return on their
sponsorship investments.

Manager and Co-Director for U.S. equity long/short strategies
at Cheyne Capital, a London-based multi-strategy hedge fund.
Prior to Cheyne, Mr. Pitts was Head of Trading for the entrepreneurial
investment bank W.R. Hambrecht & Co. He began his career
in 1995 as a Senior Equity Trader at Hambrecht & Quist in San

Helen leads Pantheon’s European primary investment activity
and chairs the European Investment Committee. Helen is also

Lisa Wright joined Zephus.com, a provider of M&A data, as
Commercial Director in 2001 to manage the transition of its
original business model from free to fee paying and to seek
new revenue streams. Part of this transition was Lisa’s
instigation of discussions with Bureau van Dijk (BvD), the
leading publisher of global business information, regarding
a co-published analytical M&A information product, Zephyr,
which was successfully launched 2002. When the opportunity
arose for BvD to acquire Zephus, Lisa participated in the sale
process.
Lisa is now BvD’s managing director for M&A products globally
and oversees the research process for Zephyr. She is BvD’s
product expert in Global M&A and acts in an advisory role to

Nic Humphries
Managing Partner - Head of TMT,
HgCapital
Nic is the Managing Partner of HgCapital and the head of the
TMT team. HgCapital is the #1 investor in technology growth
buyouts across Europe over the last 15 years.
Nic joined HgCapital in 2001, having previously worked at
Geocapital Partners where he founded its European business.
Prior to that, he was head of Barclays Private Equity’s IT and
telecoms team. He started his career at 3i plc and has over
24 years’ experience of the private equity and venture capital
industry. Nic’s investment experience has focused on the TMT
sector.
Nic is a member of HgCapital’s Executive Committee, as well
as its Investment, Portfolio Review and Valuation Committee.
He has led investments including e-conomic, Visma, IRIS, Rolfe
& Nolan, Xyratex, Geneva Technology and NextGenTel. He has
co-led investments in Addison Software, CS Group plc and
SiTel Semiconductor. He is currently a director on the boards
of e-conomic, Visma and IRIS. Nic is also a World Fellow of the
Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
Nic holds a First Class degree in Electronic Engineering from
the University of Salford and was an IEEE and National
Engineering Council scholar.
