FB Balzanelli has been a leading manufacturer
of automatic coilers for many years. FB
Balzanelli builds coilers for HDPE flexible pipe
measuring from 4 mm - 250 mm in diameter as
well as packaging and palletization systems. FB
Balzanelli, now structured as a group, designs
and manufactures all of its machines and

The latest milestone reached by FB Balzanelli is
the realization of the FBML7 5200 model: a
model created specifically to coil smooth PE
pipes up to 250 mm in diameter and capable of
making reels with an outer diameter of 5200mm
(2400mm in width and 10 tons in weight). With
these technical features the FBML7 5200 presents
itself on the market as the largest fully automatic
coiling machine ever built: the coiler is able to
latch on to the pipe, coil it, execute intermediate
and end strapping and expel the coil without
needing any operator supervision. Being as this
coiler can offer the market coils of pipe which are
up to 10 times longer than standard coils, it will
considerably reduce installation costs and times.
