SLP Power Dome™ Billet Heads SLP Power Domes SLP Power Dome™ billet heads for the 800 REV dramatically increase
combustion efficiency by utilizing the latest in SLP cylinder head technology.
The combustion chamber design of these heads is radically different from
the stock head in order to provide an increase in horsepower with less
chance of detonation (the 6000’+ head showed an increase of 4 horse
peak and 6 horse midrange). Tailored to
work well with stock or modified engines,
their interchangeable dome design
allows consumers to choose the proper
compression ratio for their elevation, sled
configuration and desired fuel quantity.
These billet heads utilize the latest in SLP
combustion chamber designs to provide
an additional 3 horsepower peak with
improved throttle response throughout
the midrange. They feature interchangable
chambers (Domes) for use in low or high
altitudes, and utilizes the stock water plate
for stock appeance. Thee heads require the use of a Dyno Jet PCV fuel
controller with SLP’s pre-programmed Stage 3 kit map. SLP’s Stage 3 kit
consists of SLP High Flow Intake Kit (STA14-140), SLP Single Pipe Kit (STA09878 or STA09-888) with SLP Stage 3 map. V-Force 3 Reed Valves and SLP
Powder Valves (STA14-132) can be optionally added to this package. Any
other combination of parts will require different fuel mapping in the PCV,
and the customer will be responsible to create their own fuel map..

Made of a high quality billet Aluminum for long dependable life.
Interchangeable combustion chambers (Domes) for use in high
or low altitude. Five or more horsepower peak with up to 10 hp
midrange depending on engine and pipe options. The SLP cheater
head gives you a big torque and horsepower increase and
uses the stock water cover plate to keep stock appearance.

This kit combines an SLP Y-Pipe, Lightweight Silencer, Power Dome™
Billet Heads, High Flow™ Intake Kit along with jetting and clutching
recommendations for a hassle free performance package. It substantially
broadens the powerband for more consistent mid to top-end performance
and much better drivability. Not only does it improve horsepower by
12.9 peak (at 8350 RPM) but also it delivers an additional 8.1 ft·lbs. of
torque peak and 12 horsepower in the midrange. Add a set of V-Force 3
Reed Valves for another 3 horsepower bringing the total up to 167.2.

BoonDocker Liquid Nitrous
Gain the performance advantage with the ultimate secret weapon. BoonDocker Liquid Nitrous kits
provide an extra blast of horsepower at the push of a button. The key to making nitrous function
properly on snowmobile engines lies in BoonDocker’s Patent Pending nitrous manifold which
varies fuel delivery as nitrous pressure changes (due to temperature fluctuations) making these
kits simple and easy to use. (initial set up requires an experienced tuner) A minimum of 94 octane
fuel is required for most combinations. BoonDocker exclusive include a 3 lbs. aluminum bottle
that weighs the same as most 2.5 lbs. bottles. The new bottle valve is 1" shorter and 5 oz. lighter
than most valves. Push to connect fittings for ease of installation and new flexible bottle siphon
tubes reducing the need for difficult bottle mounting positions. Sold in kit form, choose the kit
bottle size you prefer (AL=Aluminum, CF= Carbon Fiber). Aluminum bottles can be polished to a
high gloss chrome like finish. Carbon Fiber bottles weigh less than aluminum and provide better
insulation characteristics which keeps nitrous temperatures and pressures more consistent.

BoonDocker Nitrous Pressure Regulators
For maximum horsepower consistency a nitrous pressure regulator
can be added to the BoonDocker nitrous system to provide exactly
the same horsepower each and every time the nitrous is activated.
The adjustable regulator effectively allows you to adjust horsepower
up or down from 10 to 75 horse on EFI models (from 20 to 50 horse
on carb models) easily to match fuel quality and snow conditions.
The nitrous control box on EFI models (the nitrous manifold on carb
models) automatically compensates fuel delivery for changes in nitrous
pressure when the regulator is adjusted. Kit includes nitrous nozzle.

The Power Commander is a fuel injection
adjustment unit that plugs “inline” with the

instantaneous throttle response at all throttle positions and great top end power. Fuel
economy of this combination is very good and it is not sensitive to changes in elevation
or conditions. Customers have been extremely pleased with this combination. We have
a map designed for the 2010 M-8 with a SLP Single Pipe and SLP High Flow Intake Kit. It
work very well with this combination and is required with the addition of the SLP Single
Pipe. It provides instantaneous throttle response at all throttle positions and great top
end power. Fuel economy of thi setup is very good and it is not sensitive to changes in
elevation or conditions. V-Force Reeds can be used as well with this combination.
Arctic Cat 1000
We have a map designed for the 2007-08 M-1000 (with the 2009 update from Arctic Cat
with an SLP Single Pipe and High Flow Intake Kit). There is also a map available for the
2009 M1000 with a SLP Single Pipe. You can also add a set of V-Force Reeds and a SLP
High Flow Intake Kit to the M1000 with this same map. The PCV is the preferred fuel
control box for this model because the M1000 requires fine midrange tuning that cannot
be done with any other fuel controller. Midrange performance is substantially better
with this control box. It is also less sensitive to changes in elevation and conditions.
Polaris 800 CFI
We have a map available for the 2008-10 Polaris 800 CFI with SLP Single Pipe and High
Flow Intake Kit. This map provides increased throttle response, more consistency, improved
midrange runability and better top-end performance. It also increases fuel economy and
although it is not required, the PCV is highly recommended for running this combination.
We also have a map for the 2008-10 Polaris 800 CFI with a SLP Single Pipe, Power Dome
Billet Heads, High Flow Intake Kit and V-Force 3 Reed (optional). This combination
dramatically improves throttle response and drive-ability with a slight increase in top end
power as well. It creates an overall better performing package for the customer.
Yamaha Nytro
We currently have a map for the Yamaha Nytro in stock form. This map gives the Nytro better
throttle response and better top-end horsepower. We also noticed improved fuel mileage.
Future Map.
We are in the process of mapping other models and combinations and we will inform
you as these maps become available. We will also be recommending these maps as they
become available in the parts installation instruction sheets. .

The VARI FLOW is a new twist on carburetion. The twist of a dial, even while
driving, tunes multiple carbs from 1/8 to wide open throttle. The STANDARD
VARI FLOW will tune for a 70°F (40°C) temperature change or a 4500ft.
altitude change. The MULTI-RANGE VAR-FLOW model provides the fuel
flow curves shown, simply by changing air jet tube fittings. It will keep you
tuned for up to 9000ft. of elevation change. With the “stacked” compensation
curves shown you get 9000ft. compensation in nine steps. Installation in
about an hour. You may never change another jet or needle position again.
The TEMPA FLOW automatically tunes multiple carburetors for changes
in ambient temperature, maintaining a more constant air/fuel mixture
from 1/8 to wide open throttle. For the snowmobile market, the regulator
begins leaning out the mixture at -20°F (-29°C). Using this regulator,
a typical stock snowmobile run at +40°F (+4°C) ambient temperature
will deliver 6% more horsepower while using 8% less fuel. Other "turn
on" temperatures are available allowing its use on any carbureted
engine. A manual adjustment provides for altitude compensation. This
regulator significantly improves engine efficiency and performance.
STEP System; The STEP system provides the functions of Starting,
Enrichment, and Pilot adjustment for use with carberators or fuel
injection and can be operated from the driving position. Ideally suited
for starting in extreme cold and keeping low speed fuel mixture
through significant changes in altitude and/or temperature.

The VIP divides the engine side of the carb
venturi in half (horizontally). At any throttle
position below ½ throttle, this helps to
maintain airspeed velocity by itself. The VIP
then takes this approach one major step
further by adding a second venturi (now
patented) to the floor of the carburetor.
