For your convenience and to complement our rental items, we have a
complete line of paper and plastic goods for sale. Personalized printing and or
recycling containers available on request.
Special Services and Equipment
Following a visit from one of our highly experienced consultants to your
home or office we will provide you with a multi-colored event layout created
by our Cad System. By including this service at no charge, we can insure that
the space at your event will be used to its greatest potential.
Customer Pick-up: Calling in advance to reserve all necessary
equipment is highly recommended. Rentals require payment in our office
upon pick-up as well as a valid California Drivers License.
Delivery: Call for standard delivery charge in your area. Our normal
delivery times are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Timed
deliveries and other times are available through prior special arrangements.
All deliveries require a signature of responsible party for equipment to be left.
Pick-up: Responsiblity for equipment remains with the customer from
delivery until return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and
protected from the weather.
Shortage: Note any shortage at time of delivery and notify driver. At time
of pick up, a discrepancy form will be filled out noting any shortage or
damaged items.
Terms: 50% deposit to confirm order and balance due on delivery. We also
accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All rental prices include
sales tax and are subject to change without notice. 25% restocking fee will be
charged on items cancelled on delivery.
