of thermoplastic elastomers like pvc, nbr, epdm,

Core business is production of Fuel-Oil-VacuumBrake Fluid-Vent-Water HOSES and TAPES made
with high performance plastics and innovative techno
polymers. In particular, hoses from 1.5 mm up to 25
mm inside diameter, covers, soft profiles of different

used also to realize shaped articles and inner tube
protector for spoked wheels with copyrighted Flap ®

elasticity, mechanical physical conditions, resistance

Hoses can be thermo shaped with one or more bends
and with different diameters at the end, completely
transparent or coloured, naked or reinforced with
textiles or steel, packed in skin-pack, rolled or cut.
Products also resists to additive fuel like unleaded
alcohol gasoline, gasohol, E20, diesel and to all the
common problems related to plastic or rubber fuel
hoses as stiffening, impairment, cracking, relaxation,
expansion and the slippage of the junctions.
Some other applications of products are: hoses for
vacuum systems, wipe-washer tubes, mineral and
synthetic oils, synthetic brake D.O.T. and clutch fluid,
water cooling radiator and all the engine uses. Sizes of
the hoses are constantly checked by a laser control
system in order to perfectly satisfy the measures
requested.
Rim Tapes Protection Band FLAP ® for spoked
wheels and Antipuncture Band for inner tube. The
product FLAP ® is patented since many years so that
actually FLAP is commonly used to identify exactly this
article. Tapes are not adhesived at the ends but high
frequency thermo shaped in order to give more
resistance to the product.
The new material PUR-POP is used in the bicycle,
motorcycle and super GT sport car industry. This
material is used also for FLAP ® tubeless conversion kit
to avoid loss of pressure and for antipuncture band to
create a strong barrier between the tyre and the inner
tube. This material prevents all the risks, time losses
and costs related to mechanical damage like nipples,
metal burrs and external risks like nails or spines and
has the best result in avoiding loss of pressure, tested
in trial races also tubeless. The risk of damages or
puncture has been reduced by more than 90%.
