Employment Exchange – Citizen can place their details on the site which is being
used by various employers. The same has been linked to Regional Employment
Exchange, Kohima and District Employment Exchange of the State.

Inner Line Permit –(Home Department) The System to generate Inner Line Permits
from District Office - DCs, keeps statistics of all issued permits. NIC

with the state IT&C department is developing a web based online ILP system which
is being implemented at ILP cell, Kohima on pilot basis and security

e-Granthalaya Software : Library Automation solution from NIC implemented in
the JNV schools in Nagaland and training imparted to State Department.
eGovernance applications
Weather Watch Report –(Soil and Water Conservation Dept.) Web based
system gather the weather information from 14 weather stations in the State
and make it available to the citizens. Usage-Selecting the right crops, plants
species best suited to climatic conditions, useful for designing and construction
engineering and monitoring of climatic change.
E-Court –Cause List is uploaded and updation into the portal is done on

AGMARKNET: Computerisation of Agriculture Produce Marketing Centres
in the state of Nagaland was done in phase manner and 15 APMCs were

VATsoft Computerisation( Tax Department ) : Taken up with the
Commissioner of Taxes Department, Dimapur; Training phase
completed.
Annual Patta Monitoring System (Land Records Computerisation):
Initiated the Annual Patta Monitoring System under Land Record
Computerisation in Dimapur and SW development is done and the
finalization of Patta Book is awaited
e-Tendering : Roll out the project in State PWD, about 56 tenders were
already done through this application.

File Tracking System (FTS) –Implemented in the State Secretariat
– The system keeps track of file movement in the State Secretariat
- Master data entry completed & final phase training is planned.
CPPP : Central Public Procurement Portal : (http://cppp.gov.in)
A one window stop for all public procurement. PWD (National Highways) Govt of
Nagaland initiated the process of public tendering from this site.
ePRI/ePanchayat: ePanchayat Mission Mode Project (MMP)
(http://epanchayat.gov.in) initiated by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj which
aims to keep record of and monitor the progress of works being
undertaken by various ULB, RLB and Line Departments.
State Data Centre : 3 (Three) NIC officers were deployed for the
Operational Management of the State Data Centre & related integrated eGovernance Infrastructure.
National Animal Disease Reporting Systems : SW application Training
to the user’s department completed recently.

NIC has taken up the computerization works of Dimapur
Municipal Council presently covering Toll gate and Trade
License with SMS Gateway.
Inventory & Resource Information System : The online
application was developed for the Nagaland State Disaster
Management Agency under the Dept. of Home.
Budget Management of Salary : Development of Employees
& Pensioners Database is under progress.
