Mr. Williams was a distinguished alumnus, class of 1944, who taught for 15 years at the School of Law. The award will be used to purchase books, in the name of Mr. Williams and the recipients, for the Law School library. Bosworth The Smith and Leibel Family Law Award Established by two alumnae of the law school who practice domestic relations law to emphasize the importance of this area. Towne AWARDS FOR OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE LAW SCHOOL COMMUNITY The Henry Kent Anderson Human Services Award Established by his great-grandson in 2005, this award honors Henry Kent Anderson, a native American Cherokee who was born in 1855 and dedicated his life to the cause of human rights and social justice for his people.
