Dust Collection Booths
Dust Collection booths help to
contain dust heavy operations,
which are often associated with
sanding and grinding into a single
workspace. Dust-laden air is
pulled away from workers while
filtered air is exhausted back into
the workspace.
Dust Collector Modules
Features an high efficiency cartridge
filtration system that re-circulates clean
filtered air. Open Louver and Spark
Arrestor doors are available. Collector
modules can be purchased separately.
Paint Mix Rooms
Are engineered to provide the contamination control
that is needed during the paint mixing process. Designed
to comply with safety and fire codes set forth by OSHA
and NFPA. Paint Mixing Room are available in multiple
configurations and designs to connect to paint booths for
direct entry.

Powder Booths
GFS’s powder coating paint booths are high-performance, energy-efficient powder coating environments. Powder booths are
available in both Cartridge and Non-recovery models, as well as high-production designs. A variety of sizes and configurations are
available to suit any type of powder coating operation. Conveyor openings and length extensions are also available.

PC-100 Collector Modules
Feature an high efficiency cartridge filtration system that recirculates clean, filtered air. Air pulse nozzles sequentially inject
high velocity air into each filter, aiding
in the maintenance and cleaning
efficiency of each cartridge filter for
longer filter life. Collector modules
can be purchased separately.
Non-Recovery
Features an open-face design that
incorporates a 3-stage filtration
system and a high-capacity, low noise
re-circulation fan for maintaining a highperformance application environment.

Batch Process Ovens
Batch Burn-Off Ovens
Designed to remove a limited
amount of cured hydrocarbon
coatings from metal parts by turning
combustible cured paint into smoke
and ashes. Primarily water vapor
and carbon dioxide is discharged into
the atmosphere, which is invisible,
odorless, and harmless. The ashes
can be removed and placed in the
trash as often as necessary.
When resources are limited and
floor space is at a premium, these
ovens provide an economical
solution for a variety of industrial
processes, while offering diverse
options for customization. Industrial
applications include, but are not
limited to: Drying, Curing, Baking,
Bonding, and Preheating.
Continuous Burn-Off Ovens
ISO Dynamic Ovens
Designed to remove a limited
amount of cured hydrocarbon
coatings from metal parts by
turning combustible cured paint
into smoke and ashes. Paint is
ignited in a refractory-lined heated
chamber, where air temperatures
turn the paint to ash. The hooks
and racks are then conveyed to a washer where water rinses
the ash off and cools them. To conserve resources, water is
re-circulated through the system. An optional filter is available
for removing excess ash from the water stream.
The ISO-Dynamic Process provides
consistent temperatures and airflows
throughout the process work area.
Operating temperature range is 100°F
to 500°F for standard construction and
modular design allows for independent
zone control. Multi-pass conveyor
arrangements and work opening
profiles can be provided to meet customer requirements.
ISO-Dynamic ovens are factory assembled and test fired prior
to shipment.

Water Wash Booths
Contaminant-Free Environments/Clean Rooms
Water Wash Spray Booth handle
a larger variety of paints in a wider
range of viscosities and drying
speeds, at higher production rates
than any of the conventional spray
booths. These booths employ two
well-known engineering principles to
remove paint particles from exhaust air in painting operations.
Drawing air through a continuous curtain of moving water and
sudden changes in air flow directions, forcing solid particles
out of the air stream. Correctly engineered water wash spray
booths provide an extremely efficient means for removing paint
particles from the exhaust air, and are the most acceptable
type of spray booth for all health, fire, and building codes.
Provide a safe and efficient
working environment for your
operation. These environments
are designed as a pressurized
air-conditioned room with
optional heat and humidity
control, with excellent lighting,
proven construction, filtered air recirculation and designed to
accept a fire suppression system.
Washers
Turn-Key Finishing Systems
Washers are used to clean and
prepare substrates prior to powder
and liquid coating, electrocoating and
autophoretic coating, are also used
before or after machining or forming
of component parts.
Wash Booth (Burn-Off)
Designed for the secondary cleanup of
burned-off racks, hooks, fixtures, and
parts. After the burn-off process, the load
is transferred to the wash booth cart and
rolled into the wash booth where ambient
water is sprayed through nozzles to remove
the loose ash from the burn-off process.
Paint Kitchens
These portable, fire rated buildings
are generally used for the safe
storage of hazardous materials
and waste. Other applications
include paint mixing, pumping
stations and/or as a compliant
storage area where the quantities
of liquids stored exceeds the hold
amount or when square footage
exceeds the limits specified in NFPA 33 for mixing rooms.
