5. RULES:
The FIS Rules shall
ll apply. Racers from all NSA with active FIS code are eligible to compete.
The number of competitors
ompetitors per nation is determined in accordance with FIS quotas and FIS
Rules. Every competitor must have signed the FIS athletes’ declaration (art. 203 ICR).

7. LIABILITY:
All athletes, officials and members of National Ski Association,
Association who attend and participate in
the event, shall do so at their own risk. Upon starting every competitor confirms that he/she
acknowledges the race course and safety precautions as adequate and sufficient. Above all
the Organizing committee, Bansko resort, the FIS, Bulgarian Ski Federation, race staff,

sponsor
and suppliers, their agents,
ts, employees and volunteers shall
shall not be responsible for any losses
or injuries incurred or suffered by any athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the
organizing or staging of the event.
8. INSURANCE:
Each
ch individual NSA is responsible for providing sufficient insurance for its participants (art.
204.2 ICR). The Organizing committee,
committee Bansko resort, the FIS and Bulgarian Ski Federation
decline any responsibility for accidents, damages or lost equipment during the training or
racing days, nor are they liable to third party claims.
9. FIRST TEAMS’ CAPTAINS MEETING:

First TCM will take place on Sunday,
Sunday April 5th at 18:00 hours in Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena,

10. OFFICIAL NOTICE BOARD:
BOARD Results, DSQ and Jury decisions will be published on the
official notice board located in the finish area.
11. TRANSPORTATION:
Teams are responsible for their own transportation.

Bansko is located in Pirin Mountain –
about 150 km (around 2 hours drive) from Sofia. The distance from Bansko town to the finish
area is 15km.

Double room HB – 45 BGN per person per night
Single room HB – 55 BGN per person per night
Additional payment for lunch at in ski zone restaurant: 10 BGN per person (UPON
REQUEST)
Along with the accommodation, you can request your lift pass at Special prices
pric for
the days beyond the race and transportation to/from Bansko and airport,
together with transfers from Hotel Strazhite to the finish area and back
