There was a time for us in the beginning when we believed that property management only involved the

Robert joined the audit department of Berkowitz Dick
Pollack & Brant in 1994, where he focused on accounting
and auditing services as well as corporate, partnership and
individual taxation. He also worked with clients in real estate,
hedge and real estate funds, construction, manufacturing,
distribution, rental, investment funds, dealerships and SEC

designs as well as litigation support work.
In 1997, Robert began his career at Campos & Stratis, an
international accounting firm specializing in litigation and
insurance support. Working out of the Miami office, he served
industries including real estate, manufacturing, distribution,
retail and financial services. During his time here, he
performed extensive work relating to business interruption
losses, inventory losses and general insurance claims.
Robert has been a Project Manager on numerous successful real
estate transactions, such as:
Paul began his career in 1997 with Arthur Andersen, an
international accounting and consulting firm. He served
on audit engagements of clients in the real estate, hotel,
automotive retail, software, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing
and equipment rental industries. His responsibilities
included meeting with client internal accounting personnel,
understanding accounting control systems in place,
developing detailed audit plans based on the accounting
systems in place and executing these audit plans.
In November of 2000, Paul joined Berkowitz Dick Pollack & Brant
and served clients in a diversity of industries such as real estate,
restaurant, automotive, manufacturing, equipment rental,
distribution and not-for-profit entities. He also served publicly
traded clients, performing services relating to all of the required
quarterly and annual SEC filings. In 2012, the South Florida
Business Journal placed him in the 40 Under 40 list, which
recognizes outstanding professionals under the age of 40 for
their contributions to their organizations and to the community.
