Directions:
From Ahmedabad Railway Station/Airport you come to CEPT University.
It is just opposite of Gujarat University near Vijay Char Rasta at
Navrangpura. (Refer to the map on the other side of the page)
SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
1. If you are unable to attend the interview on 26th of June, you need to send us a request email for the same
latest by 3 PM on 22nd of June 2014. The request mail must reach us at [email protected] , with the
Subject as “INTERVIEW on 27th_ Your Application number”. Telephonic request will not be entertained.
2. When you reach the venue, first, you should check in and mark your presence mentioning your application
number to the person concerned at the help desk.
3. The admission Test will be in TWO PARTS. The first part is the GROUP DISCUSSION and second part is the
PERSONAL INTERVIEW, which will be held immediately after the Group Discussion. This may continue till
late in the evening, or may even take place on the next day, depending upon the number of the candidates.
4. After the Group Discussion, you will be instructed by the person conducting the Group Discussion, where
you have to wait for the personal interview. As soon as your personal interview is over you need not wait
for the results. The results of the admission will be uploaded on the website on 03.07.2014.
5. Candidates must carry their project reports, thesis reports, portfolio, publications etc along with
them, which will be required during interview.
6. All candidates informed about the final selection will be required to register online and pay their admission
fees on 8th July 2014. Non-receipt of fees by the scheduled date will be viewed as non-acceptance of the
offer from your side and the seat will be offered to wait listed candidate.

You will receive an email from fp.admissions @cept.ac.in by the end of the day 21st of
June 2014. This email will carry a link which you need to open and fill up following
information in the same link latest by 5PM on 23rd of June.







Make sure that your system is having good quality webcam, Microphone, Speaker and
broadband connection with high speed.
4.
You should be online in skype atleast 15 minutes before the interview time allotted to you.
Time slot will be allotted to you through email.
5.
During the interview you will be asked to talk on a specific topic for few minutes, instead of
group discussion.
6.
In case of sudden connectivity failure, we may need to continue interview through
telephone. So you need to have telephone / mobile connection available with you.
