manufacturing methods we have created a saw which is accurate, light, and extremely

Portability
The new stand folds out or folds up with a spring loaded assist.
Your stand is always sturdy and ready to go! Each Combi 350 iPower
includes a wheelkit, moving around the jobsite is quick and easy.
Power
The motor is now a high torque 4 h.p 220v single phase stone and
paver eating beast. All this power goes from the motor to the blade via a
high tech serpentine belt, no adjustment or maintenance required, it is
a tough and reliable design.
We would like to build a 350/1200 version that runs on 110v, however,
our testing has shown that a 110v motor does not hold up when asked
to make cuts that are 4 feet in length. It is the equivalent to putting a
family car motor into a school bus, it will run for a while, then it’s gonna
blow! For those jobsites without 220v current available we recommend
around a 7.5 kw generator. It’s a fact, we can go to the moon, but we
cannot deliver good power and water to the average jobsite.

The travel bar is made of extruded aluminum which has been
specifically contoured for our nylon roller with bearing system.
This new roller system requires less maintenance, and when
after lots of cutting should replacement be needed it is much
easier and faster than ever before.

We put the 750 in our back lot, … it rusted, the tires went flat, wasps
built a big nest in it, etc. etc. It sat for years, you get the picture.
Well yesterday the batch plant went down, a blown relay. I had
an order that had to be completed by Monday. (this happened on
Friday) I told the guys to get the IMER. They looked at me like I
was nuts! We dragged it into the plant, greased a few things and
plugged it in, and pushed the button. It started and ran perfectly!
We greased a few more things, filled it with cement and made the

The Silent 300 (Prestige) is a self-contained mixing, pumping and spraying machine.
The heart of the Silent 300 is a Kohler / Lombardini 3 cylinder industrial duty diesel motor,
this power plant is indestructible! The diesel motor powers an all hydraulic drive system,
which also includes its own cyclone intercooler to keep the hydraulic fluid nice and cool.

Silent 300 Prestige
Jobsite application
This Silent 300 was used to pump Sikacrete 211 SCC+ into forms under the RFK
(Triboro) Bridge in New York City. Special 50mm hose was used to allow for the
3/8” aggregate to flow up to and into the forms without clogging. The material
needs to mix for 3 minutes before it can be dispensed into the hopper.
The spiral shaft within the hopper ensures that the material is thoroughly blended
before it is sent through the IM25L stator which can handle up to 3/8” aggregate.

Booster 15
The hydraulic twin cylinder pump provides both low and high volume production capabilities
- pump from 2.5 to 20 cubic yards per hour. The control panel is vibration isolated and shock
proof while the electronic components that manage the operation of the Booster are located
within the engine compartment in a hardened computer case...harsh operating conditions are no
problem!
The time between S-Valve adjustments is greatly reduced by IMER’s pressurized sealing
system. With each stroke of the piston pump a series of seals expand to ensure full pumping
PSI (1000) is always available. Twin 4” pistons provide smooth power to the S-Valve. The
S-Valve is powered by an oversized hydraulic pump which makes switching positions
extremely fast at any speed.

we know. Last year we sold a Booster to a customer who had
rented it several times for work on the new World Trade Center
and Freedom Tower. They had this pump on site as Hurricane

The hydraulic oil has two cooling systems, one for the piston drive cylinders and one for
the remaining hydraulic functions. This allows the Booster to run for extended periods of time
without overheating. The Booster is equipped with 3 seperate hydraulic pumps to ensure cool
running and instant power on demand. You won’t find another pump like this anywhere.
The Booster 15 tows like a dream as it comes equipped with torsion bar suspension, which
has both compression and rebound dampening. Hooking up to a truck or van is real easy, as the
tow bar can be adjusted up and down depending upon the ball hitch’s height.

set up and ready to go in minutes...use it for all jobs big and small.
This Booster 15 is shown with an optional splash guard which adds 3 cubic feet of
hopper capacity. 3/4” aggregate is no problem for this pump!
The Booster 15 is extremely compact yet it can pump or spray high volumes of material

The control console is a simple and straight forward affair. The layout and feel of the joystick

“Many times we have projects which require us to
clean out the insides of large diameter pipes. We were
looking for a machine that could scoop and load itself
in tight environments, like inside these pipes . We
saw the Carry 107 TT at the World of Concrete and
bought one. Our shop changed it over to propane
and customized the scooper bucket a little… since
then the Carry has worked great for us. It is easy to
maneuver, easy to operate, and very reliable. Since
our first purchase we have added a couple more to our
equipment fleet.

Getting the job completed – that’s what construction and contracting are all
about. Similar dedication is needed to design, develop, and manufacture great
construction equipment. The saws, mixers, pumps, and hoists shown here
within our new catalog would not exist without people like Roberto Coli, pictured
here testing an early generation Minuteman II prototype.
Roberto was always a happy warrior, one who had the fire in his belly to succeed and get the job done right. Prior to his passing in the fall of 2007, he led our
efforts to redesign the Combi series of tile saws and the Minuteman mixer. During this same period of time Roberto battled liver cancer and endured countless
surgeries, yet he came back… year after year, until his body just could not take it
anymore.

He always had time for others. Once when picking me up from the airport in Florence
he asked if it would be ok if we stopped by the hospital where he had already had,
and would have more, of the surgeries which extended his life. I said, “sure”. Upon
our arrival he hopped out of the car and took a beautifully wrapped box out of the trunk. We took it into the hospital and
gave it to one very surprised nurse. She had mentioned to Roberto several weeks earlier when he was in for a checkup
that soon she was to be married… and here’s Roberto delivering a nice gift. I know it was “nice”, because over the
18 years that Roberto and I worked together him and his family gave me countless presents. Many times for no other
reason than to welcome me to Italy when I came to work with Roberto, and always these gifts were a treasure.
