Terms & Conditions
Group Ordering
This group order is set up specifically for your group or organization. All prices and art are organized according
to the leaders of the said organization. Prices may include additional fund raising commissions based on the agreement.
In no way will Minnesota T's divulge the said amount. Pricing also includes setup fees for art, screen fee's and
other administrative costs.
For individual ordering of single group orders please contact Minnesota T's direct for pricing.
Time Frames
Group orders open for a period of 2-4 weeks. Once closed add on orders will not be accepted.
Group orders that have closed will be processed in approximately 2-4 weeks. Back ordered items may delay
processing. customers will be contacted for possible replacements, exchanges or cancelations.
Garment Samples
Select samples are available at Minnesota T's, but not all garment sizes are in stock. You can call in advance
to check availability. 218.829.0029 We do have sizes for the sherpa lined jacket listed on this form.
Business Hours are: Monday - Friday 8:30-4 :30
Replacements or size errors
Group orders are final, replacements for damaged goods will be replaced in the same size and color as ordered.
Garments ordered or delivered in error will also be replaced. Minnesota T's takes all efforts to make sure
your order is accurate. In the event we have made an error we will replace the item as soon as possible.
All replacements or claims must be made within 7 days of final distribution of the group order to the leaders.

Payments
by placing this order, you agree the the charges as ordered. Your card will be charged prior to distribution.
Minnesota T's reserves the right to substitute select generic garments with alternative brands. Examples Gildan
vs Hanes 100% cotton T shirt or sweatshirt. Bella/Canvas/Next Level are interchangeable to accommodate
supplies needed. Unique brands or garments that are listed specific will only be replaced in the same brand, canceled or
color changed with customer approval. Examples JAmerica, Pennnet, Holloway, Alternative.
