Unitile UCB Panel consists of Engineered 600 x 600 mm square modular Panels constructed around a high density E1 grade
chipboard core strengthened with high performance thermosetting resin bonding .The base surface of the core is laminated
using variety of options such as Aluminum, Galvanized sheet steel or HPL with an appropriate laminated surface covering. The
design incorporates a full depth ABS edge band, which while providing total encapsulation of the chipboard core also protects
the edge of the surface covering and resists ingress of moisture.

The panels are 600mm X 600mm square. Each floor panel is mechanically secured to the pedestal head at all four corners

Unitile Calcium Sulphate Panels (UCS)
Unitile Raised Access Floor Panels are 600mm X 600mm square manufactured from 1650 kg/cu fibre reinforced Calcium
Sulphate which form the core of the panel. The Panel top is either epoxy painted/GI Laminated or HPL laminated with the
bottom being epoxy painted/GI Laminated. The edges of the panel are protected with PVC edge band.

Accessories Range
Provides the most effective seal to cable openings in new raised-floor systems

Air Flow Grills are designed to throw the cold air directly on the server rack.
This drastically reduces the chances of mixing of the air which in turn save
significant energy. This technology ensures up to 94% of Air Capture in the server
racks compared to the traditional ones which provides only 70%.

Perforated air flow panel is constructed completely from steel. The panel can be
customized to complement the raised access floor panel with folded edge beams.
The central core of the panel is fitted with 30 x 30mm grid of vertical steel blades
to avoid air flow turbulence and to minimize pressure drop.

Vision Panel has a cut out for vision with an overall dimension of 600x600mm.
The viewing vision area on the panel are available in three sizes of 300x300mm,
450x450mm and 500x500mm. The Vision Panel can be used for viewing of critical
points which needs frequent monitoring and is designed for normal walking load only.

ELECTROFLEX is a concealed electrical monument box which has a depth of 70mm
to accommodate plug-in facility and 35mm depth to accommodate power, voice and
data (PVD) accessories. The hinge lid is constructed with pre-coated galvanized steel
and has recessed grey ABS trim to accommodate carpet tiles/HPL/PVC to match the
adjacent floor finish.
