We recommend a newer browser like CHROME (download for example from https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346?hl=de ) This chapter shows you: How to start WebMED Overview of WebMED WebMED start 1. Open your browser and enter the address: https://www.shcsweb.ch 2. Enter your User-ID and password and press ‘Senden’. WebMED, Manual version 1.01 Page 3 of 20 General procedure 1. Information about visit and adherence 2. Check current ART 3. Enter current additional drugs with real start date. CAVE: Change current categorizing drug entries to specific drug name at last visit a. Stop ‘One or several lipid lowering drugs’ at last visit. Start eg. with Crestor 40mg 1-0-0-0 and/or Pravastatin 40mg 1-0-0-0 at date of last visit. b. Stop ‘Antiplatelet drug(s)’ at last visit Start eg. with ASS100 1-0-0 at date of last visit. 4. Do not check medication which is not current. GENERAL AIM: Catch actual situation of drug use. You are free to adjust the whole drug history accordingly if known. Update visit & drug information Visit information 1. Check date click on date picker to change if necessary 2. Decide whether visit as cohort visit or visit between two cohort visits 3. Enter ADHERENCE and MISSED DOSE information (for cohort visits this info is required) 4. Press CAVE: Program issue, which will be solved in the next release! If you want to enter an additional visit with adherence information only between two past visits, you do the following: 1. Temporarily create a change in any drug (eg. Insert ‘dosage change’) at that date. 2. When the visit information is entered you delete the ‘dosage change’. 3. The additional date is stored but will appear only when you refresh the screen! ART information No changes of drug entries Continue all others (your inputs have been saved successfully) State more precisely drug frequency Select drug to change 1. Define dosage: click on frequency 2. Click on (at right of screen) under FREQUENCY (if applicable) 3. Select from the drop down Menu the specific vaccine 3. Enter month and day of last injection from datepicker: 4. Click from 5. Click on trash to select drug to delete: 4. Click on (above the drug list) 5. Confirm deletion: Add a new patient 1. select „Add new patient“ from dropdown menu at upper right: 2. Add details of new patient: CAUTION: Patient’s information must coincide with the information on the COVER SHEET of the SHCS questionnaire!!! On date picker click on month/year (eg July 2008) to first select correct year if not actual year, click again if year to select is far away (eg 2001) 3. Click on year (eg 2001) and select month (eg. September) and day. WebMED, Manual version 1.01 Page 10 of 20 How to specify uncertainty of drug start/stop 1. Select date to change 2. If date is not clear you can change the default selection (=) to another sign. However, only changing the sign doesn’t show properly, even when the green sign ‘Your changes have been saved’ appears. It is properly stored but doesn’t appear when changed. After a refresh (F5) it is shown correctly. Examples: Startdate = ̴ comment < (default) 01.07.2005 13.08.2005 01.07.2005 13.08.2005 15.07.2008 01.01.2005 = 15.07.2005 18.03.2003 15.07.2005 = accurate date At that date the patient was already on ART for sure. Until then use ‘unknown’. Trouble shooters for WebMED starters Problem Truvada has been stopped for a few days a month ago Kaletra was taken 2*3 Kps and later on changed to 2*2 Tbl. In WebMed this appears as 2*2 since the beginning: Step1 Click on drug Step2 Temporary stop Do NOT change the old entry although it is not correct. Kaletra 5.33/d starts at wrong date. How to enter earlier years at different dosage. “Viramune – comprim” = Viramune 200mg change to 200mg and/or 400mg change start date Enter a dosage change at the day of Tbl. start to 2-0-2-0 (eg) put dosage change e.g 5.33/week at start of 5.33/d Attention1: 200mg: 1 - 1 do not equal to 400mg: - - 1 200mg 0-0-2 treat equivalent to 400mg 0-0-1 WebMED, Manual version 1.01 Step3 Step4 change dosage at initial start to unknown change dosage at 5.33/d back to right info Page 13 of 20 if instead of =, <, > or ~ Trial drugs: very often wrongly registered Sevre Long changed from 200mg/d 720mg/d 100mg/d Calcimagon since many years, several dosage changes: If no date of birth and no medication is visible: Uncertainty about past date Unreadable/unfindable medication in the KG Warning „Discard changes‘ Nothing can be changed.
