How to take care and clean tattoo
When getting a tattoo its more than putting
ink into some body skin, its something that requires
a person to take care of a tattoo after it is done. A tattoo requires lotions and cocoa butter to make sure it
doesn't dry out and become very sore after it is finished. There are multiple options that a person can
use on a tattoo that will help it heal and make the
swellon go away. Some options that can be used is
Vaseline, cocoa butter, anti bacterial soap and water, and tattoo armor, healix gold, tattoo lube and a
& d ointment it all does the same job and everybody
will have their own preference on what they use. If
you take care of your new tattoo in the first days and
weeks, you'll be rewarded with a tattoo that will retain its ink. Tattoo artist usually give instruction to
the clients after the tattoo is done. Here is a typical
set of aftercare guidelines that will help keep a tattoo
clean and sanitized so it looks good.
After two or three weeks the tattoo should be healed
and looking good, remember that tattoos don’t like
the sun so try not to expose the new tattoo to much
sun exposure. If you take care of your tattoo the way
you are told then the experience is well worth it in
the end. When taking a bath it important to scrub
gently to get rid of loose skin and to clean the tattoo.
Another thing to keep in mind is to make sure the lotions do not
contain stearic acids and acedic, scented lotion can
cause a problem with the tattoo and make it burn, so
go with cocoa butter or tattoo goo.
Right after you are tattooed , leave
bandage on overnight
Before removing bandage, make sure
hands are clean. gently wash tattoo
Pat it dry, NEVER rub it, specially
when it scabs up.
Use a cream to moisturize the tattoo
Its best not to use a sauna or go
swimming
Don't wear tight clothing around the
tattoo
Keep tattoo out of the sun, use good
sunscreen when outdoors
The pro’s and the con’s of getting a tattoo
When it comes to thinking about tattoos and
why people get them, there will always be the people
that be against tattoos and those who love to get tattoo
on their skin. There will be pros and cons of getting a
tattoo that will have you thinking of if you want to get
one and to look at different options before decided to
mark your skin with a piece of art that stand for something in our eyes.
When it comes to the cons of getting a tattoo it
can range from it stopping a person from getting a job
and how painful it could be in the process of applying
to the skin. In the long range the tattoo will sag and
the color will fade with time and not look the same as
it did when it was done. If by chance a accident happens, and surgery is required not all surgeons can cut a
tattoo and make it look the same, they can look worse
and need touched up. The major con of getting a tattoo
is that they are painful to get and painful to remove if
regretting the tattoo , the cost can range from expensive to major expensive.
Lets not look at all the cons and get a discouraged from tattoos, they are beautiful and express the
love that we may have for their family. Tattoos are self
expressive and are used for remembrance of a relative
or passed friend who may of past away. Another pro of
tattoos are they state what a person is into and is used
in the military to show what they been thru. The main
pro of getting a tattoo is the free will to choose what
you want and what the tattoo stands for,
So yes they may be the pro's and cons of tattoos, but its
up to us if we mark our body with a piece of art that
makes us happy.
In do time a tattoo will fade and not
look good.
A tattoo of a cross can
symbolize and stand for
something.
After a tattoo is done , your skin
is very tender and swollen. In this
picture, the skin is red and
burning.

Best way to pic
When people choose to get a tattoo its best if
a person has idea of what they may want or a idea
of what they like. The best way is by visiting the tattoo
shops in your city and by talking to the tattoo artist is
the best way to select a tattoo parler. The quality of a
tattoo rest upon the quality of the tattoo artist work.
If you dont have any ideas on a tatttoo pattern, then
you’llhave to look through pages of tattoo patterns and
pictures of recent tattoos that has already been done.
If by chance its your first tattoo, then its best to choose
a tattoo that is large enough to reveal to the tattoo
artist , to make sure it is large enough to be placed on the
body. When choosing a tattoo its important to research
the tattoo and make sure thatthey know the meaning
of the tattoo so the right thing goes into the skin. for
example if you get a tattoo of a japanese symbol for
morrage and if it dosnt mean it then you will think
twice before gettint it done. The internet, magazine, and
tattoo enthuisans are a good source to start researching
for a good tattoo design that means something to you.
Ouce a person chooses a tattoo pattern, some tattoo
gallerys websites will allow a person to test drive a tattoo
pattern to see what it will look like when on the skin. This
is done byusing trasfer sheets and downloadable designs.
When we think of tattoos we got to think
about the cost of the the tattoo. Good tattoos arent
cheap and one should expect to pay for the artistic
detail and for the artist time it takes them to do a tattoo.
Generally, tattoo artist charge by the hour and by what
type of tattoo pattern was choosing. On the low part of
charging for a tattoo, a small heart may run only
$50, while a large chinese dragon tattoo could run a
customer $800. If by chance they charge by the hour for
a tattoo, a extra $100 to $175 could be added to the
price of the tattoo choosen. When choosen a tattoo we
must consider the amount of shading, coloring, and
intricacy into the price range of the tattoo. Its always
best to tip the tattoo artist between 10 and 20 percent,
it all depends on the quality and the service that was
provided. Depending on where it is and what size the
tattoo is will make the price go from cheap to
exspensize. The more the details , color and size will make a
difference in time spent in a chair getting the tatto finished.

How to pick a tatt
When it comes to picking a tattoo parlor to get a
tattoo done. Its best to visit the tattoo shops in your area
and talk to the tattoo artist. This is the best way to select
a tattoo parlor. when we think about it, the quality of
your tattoo rest upon the quality of the tattoo artist work.
When it comes to visiting the tattoo shop you can get a
feel for its cleanliness and for it customer service that is
provided. Its best to look at the satisfaction of the prior
clients. When checking out the tattoo parlors, here are some
questions that are needed to ask to the potential tattoo artist.
The first to ask is how long have you been in
the tattooing business, this is very important because
the more a person has been doing tattoos the more
experience the person. Another question would be where
did you apprentice for tattooing, it is a skill that is learned
by doing tattoos and practicing. Its always good to ask
how do you sanitize your equipment. The needles and
tubes should be individually wrapped packages so its a
clean and sanitized needles, this means that they have
never been used and are ready for only you. A tattoo
artist should be able to have a working autoclave
( its the machine that cleans the shafts and needles).
Make sure that it works and it makes it safe to get
a tattoo done. If you have trouble finding a tattoo
artist, then go to a tattoo conviction and see what
they have to offer and what they charge. Nothing else go by what the artist has done on
other people and that would help you decide. Above
all you should find a tattoo artist who is willing
to communicate and talk with you and have you
feeling comftorable in the tattoo chair. The tattoo
artist should be willing to explain the tattoo process
and the the pain tolerance that would come with
the process of tattoos. Just remember that you must
be comfortable and be ready to trust a tattoo artist
before you decide to mark your body with a piece of art.

There are allot of reason for
possibly wanting a tattoo removed.
The positive element of tattoo
removal is that you no longer
burdened with a tattoo that you
seriously regret. It could be that a
tattoo is holding you back from
getting a job,or it keeps you from
attending goals that you set for
yourself. So a little pain and
scarring may be worth it to get
it removed. If by chance you may
of been involved in a gang and
by chance you are not involved
anymore (good for you). It would be
best interest to get rid of the tattoo.
Some people will mark their body
with names of past lovers and then
they get new lovers and they want
to erase the old lovers name. Its

Ideals and thoughts on what tattoos s
We all have our own personal reasons for
getting tattooed. For some a tattoo is their
trademark an image that captures a key part of their
personality or interests e.g. a musician gets musical notes,
a car buff gets a vehicle picture or logo, or a martial arts
expert gets a symbol from their dojo or others, a
tattoo may be their totem or lucky charm. Dice
tattoos, Lucky Lady images, or spiritual images like
dreamcatchers, crosses, or animals often fall into this
category. Tattoos can also be tributes a commemoration
or memorial to loved ones or specific events. Whatever
the reason for getting a tattoo, one thing is certain: THINK
BEFORE YOU INK! When choosing a tattoo it is
best to know what it stands for. You dont want to get
chinese tattoo done and later relize that it dosnt say
courage but it sais lazy. Whether you are thinking
about your first tattoo or your fiftieth, or if you are just
interested in tattoo meanings, it is always good to have a
idea of what it means what it is goig to smbalize for you.
The key word there is permanent. This is an important
decision, and should not be taken lightly! Ounce the
ink is put into the tattoo gun and it hit the skin it will
be there permanently. All tattoos are symbolic and they
have there own meanings! That is, they are ALL cryptic,
encoded, condensed images which convey a message. We
may like to think that a tattoo can stand for anything, but
it would be hard to say a skull means peace and life. Just
remember, the idea or concept you want to convey, and
the artwork design you choose to convey it, may make
sense only to you. If you REALLY don’t care what other
people think, and don’t care if nobody “gets it” when
they look at your tattoo art, then go for it. But, if you
want to help people understand your intended message,
you need to pick a symbol that has some degree of agreement regarding its meaning. People select tattoos that
make physical and permanent their dreams and desires,
their inner demons, their worldview tattoos stand for.
BUTTERFLY
The butterfly is a symbol of transformation or change, love and joy.
The
butterflies
represent
rebirth
or
transformation from the caterpillar to the beautiful
butterfly.
How to pick a tattoo parlor an
Ounce you have decided that you are sure you
want a tattoo. Its best to understand how the tattoo
process works. You may wonder about the pain that
is involved or you may wonder how the tattoo process
makes the tattoo permanent. We all know that getting a tattoo is a commentment and has risk like everything else we do. If you understand how it works then
it would be easier to get a tattoo done. Todays tattoo
machine uses metal needles to imprint the dermis with
ink, which is below the first layer of skin, the epidermic.
When we are injecting the dermis, where collagon fibers, sweat glands, hair roots, and the nerve cells reside,
its then you obtain a permanent mark in your skin.
The hand held tattoo machine has four main
components to the gun. The first part is the sterilized needle used to penetrate the skin and inject the
ink. The second component is the tube assembly that
Ppg 10 Body Art
quides the needle, and holds holds a reservior of ink
and it provides a gripping surface for contolling the tattoo process. The third one is a power supply that supplies electic current to enable movement of the needle,
this is usally controlled by the foot pedal that the tattoo
artist can controll. The last component of a tattoo gun
is the electromagnetic coil
based device it is sometimes
referred to as a tattoo gun,
it moves the needle up and
down at a rate of 80 to 150
times per second as it hits
the skin while doing a tattoo. A tattoo artist will apply
a tattoo pattern to the skin by tracing paper and black
ink, it is then they trace the pattern with a tattoo gun.
As we can tell there is the four main parts of a tattoo gun
the power supply, foot peddle, gun cord and the gun

itself so now that we have broke the tattoo gun down

be more knowledgeable when getting a tattoo done.
A tattoo gun is a machine that has many
type of gages and many type of tattoo guns that
are available to use for applying a tatttoo. The
tattoo
guns
range
from
the
Invader,
Flatliners, Flatliners, Flashback, Clone, New Fusion,
G3, G2 and the original tattoo guns. All the tatttoo guns
have different jobs to do when it comes to a tattoo process. Now when we think about the needles that are
used, they are called gages. The number of needles in
one needle gives it its name. The tight liner range from
a 3 gage round, 5 gage round, 7 gage round, 9 gage
round, and 14 gage round. Then we have the magnum
shaders that range from 5 magnum shader, 7
magnum shader, 9 magnum shader, 11 magnum
shader, 13 magnum shader, and 15 magnum
shaders. The round shader is another set of gages
that consist of a 8 round shader, 9 round shader,
and a 14 round shader. The other needle type is
called curved magnum shaders they range from
7 curved magnum shader, 9 curved magnum
shader, 11 curved magnum shader, 13 curved
magnum shader, and 15 curved magnum shader. With all these gages that are available its no
wonder how confusion
it could get, just
remember that more details that are little or a lot
of details would require a tattoo artist to use a 1
gage or 3 gage needle to get the small detail. Every
tattoo artist will know what to use and how to
make you happy when time comes for a tattoo.
