through ingenuity and value. North American Products operates facilities in California
(3), New Jersey, Utah, and Mexico. Our combined companies provide technical support
24 hours a day to thousands of accounts.
The best Customer Service is our top priority.
We pride ourselves on high quality, user friendly and well designed habitats for all
types of aquatic life and companion animals. Our CRM software allows us to track a
store and our equipment for the life of the store. We internally track the store from the
PO receipt, and continually track, components, warranty status and any site specific
projects and concerns. Our service tech management software allows us to easily monitor, schedule and reassign our service tech resources in the field. From our call center
in California we currently provide customer service and support to over 3000 retail locations across North America.

Habitats are built to last, eliminating the need to frequently replace
fixtures. Fixtures are manufactured from recycled steel and aluminum* and can be recycled at the end of their use. And because the
fixtures are manufactured in the United States & Mexico, there is no
dragging of freight across the ocean, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.

NORTH AMERICAN PRODUCTS warrants their systems for two years against defects in
materials or workmanship. This warranty applies only to the system and does not cover
water quality, live product, replacement parts, maintenance supplies, accidents of nature. In no event shall NAP be liable for personal injury or property loss, arising out of
the use of this product.
If your system is found to be defective - and has not been modified, damaged, or misused – call NAP (toll free) at 888.248.8800 or fax us at 951.279.9890. Repairs by anyone other than an authorized dealer will void this warranty. All calls received during
regular business hours (8am – 5pm, Pacific Time) will be responded to within 24 hours.
Please have your manual and the system serial number ready.
In most cases, the problem will be resolved by a simple maintenance procedure, recommendation or repair authorization. Upon authorization, and in instances where outside repair or replacement of parts is necessary, NAPwill absorb all appropriate costs.
Damage or injuries resulting from negligence, misuse or user modification are not covered by this warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are specially excluded.*
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
*Because some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, this exclusion
may not apply to you.
