1. Durable and Compact
It is made from finer, denser clay and is fired at higher
temperatures, so our porcelain tile ends up being not just
hard but harder than granite. They are tougher,
more scratch resistant than other varieties, and
more durable and resistant to stains.
2. Precise in measurement
Our tile is "rectified". Its edges are cut and machined
to produce a fairly sharp, precise edge with a micro-bevel
and a flat surface at the perimeter. With this precision
the tiles can be set with a 2 mm to 3 mm grout joint and
due to the flatness at the edges the joints are less visible.
3. Extra Flat
Our porcelain tiles are processed using with pressure
machinery, applying the latest technology. They are also
subjected to multiple degrees of polishing process, allowing
our tiles to become flatter and denser. This special
production process allows our product to be 5 times flatter
than the Indonesian National Standard.

Sandstone / Sandrock is a rock made
of cemented sand. There was warmth
to the tile, lending a softness to the
hard surface. From designs with
distressed and tactile effects
(sandblasted marble, stripped wood
and fabric) to warm shades,
watercolor and velvety textures,
it was a welcome reprieve from
the minimal aesthetic of recent years.
Double loading is using double filling in process with
a different powder composition. These double layer
techniques allow flexibility in color application and
can result in a decorative layer which goes deeper into
the body of the tile. Results : more shine, more decorative
characteristics and more enabled to emulate the look
of natural stone.
The tile also carries the benefits of a through-body formulation
because if the tile was to chip, the color and design below
the surface are the same as that on top. This method also allows
the tile to be polished, for step-nosing or bullnose ending.
Our double loading are suitable for walls and floors in
high traffic areas due to their strength.

Tiling Tips
Large Format Porcelain & Ceramic Tiles
By rough definition, a large format tile is a tile with the length of at least one edge greater
than 600mm (nominal) or a facial area greater than 3500cm² (nominal).
A nominal 600 x 600mm tile would be considered to be large format.
The actual dimension of a tile nominally 600 x 600mm is likely to be 597 x 597mm.
Because of modern manufacturing techniques, porcelain and ceramic tiles can be
manufactured in sizes previously only used in the natural stone sector. Large format
tiles are now readily available and special consideration should be given to fixing
these tiles.
Why SOLUBLE SALT
Soluble salt is a solid porcelain body topped with a polished
finish, printed with silk screen technology and identically
designed and can resist wear and tear with proper maintenance.
There are permissible manufacturing tolerances for ceramic and porcelain tiles,
and large format tiles may have permissible surface flatness irregularities, ie the tile
surface may be ‘curved’ or ‘bowed’. Back buttering with a thin coat of adhesive may
therefore be required to ensure full contact and a solid bed of adhesive behind each tile.
Soluble Salt vitrified tiles is more economic technology and
is meant for tiles placed in low traffic areas. They are non-glazed
tiles. Their hardness and polish is achieved by virtue of
the pressing together of very hard materials.
Lipping of tiles is inevitable on ‘curved’ tiles. Laying of tiles in a brick bond pattern
should therefore be carefully considered because of potential lipping caused by the
curvature of large format tiles.

LAYING INSTRUCTION
Check your Porcelain Tile/ Homogenous Tile “TYPE” and
“COLOR SHADE“.
Check the Condition of the Subfloor or Sub Wall .
Note : Make sure the Cleanliness, Flatness and ready for installment.
Set the first tile in place at the corner lines made by the center point.
Do not twist tile; simply press the tile down firmly yet softly.
Set tile spacer and then continue with additional tiles. (Remember
to set tile spacers after each tile).

Gently knock the tiles to confirm its stickiness.
Prepare and Mix the Cement or Mortar adhesive. Begin spreading
the adhesive with the notched trowel. You will start from the center point,
work only in one quadrant, and apply small sections at a time, following
the pattern. Make sure to install The Pattern align with the arrow sign
at the back of the Porcelain Tile or Homogenous Tile .
Spread adhesive evenly, then using the notched edge, make a raking motion.
Note: The thickness of Mixture for thin set for adhesion is 30 mm – 50 mm
Use your level to determine degree of level of the tiles as you go along.
(Not all surfaces are perfectly level!).
If slightly uneven, either manipulate the tile or add a little more
adhesive to the floor until level. Usually, after a quadrant is complete,
remove the tile spacers so they do not set into the adhesive.
Follow this process for the remainder of the floor, making sure to
check the level as you go along..
You should have grooves neither too deep nor too shallow.
Use your level to determine degree of level of the tiles as you go along.
(Not all surfaces are perfectly level!).
If slightly uneven, either manipulate the tile or add a little more
adhesive to the floor until level. Usually, after a quadrant is complete,
remove the tile spacers so they do not set into the adhesive.
Follow this process for the remainder of the floor, making sure to
check the level as you go along..
After 12 Hour of Install, check the installed Porcelain Tile /
Homogenous Tile for its flatness and gently knocking the surface
with Rubber Head Hammer for empty space.
Clean the surface Porcelain Tile / Homogenous Tile from Cement
using clean wet mop after checking.
Fill The Grout Line with Grout after 2 x 24 Hour of installing
the Porcelain Tile / Homogenous Tile, let the Grout dry after
next 2x24 hour.
Complete the Install Process by letting the Floor to dry by itself
completely 4 – 5 day.
