As you know, Diamond Resorts International® (Diamond Resorts) has completed the acquisition of
Island One, Inc. which includes Club Navigo and will, from this point forward, oversee your ownership
through our experienced leadership teams. Please rest assured that we will continue to provide you with
vacation lifestyle choices you enjoy. We do recognize the value of your ownership, and your ongoing
satisfaction is very important to us. Any future reservations that you have already made are confirmed,
and you do not need to contact us again to re-confirm, nor will you need to call if you have placed any
pending reservations.
As part of building a long lasting relationship with you and developing your ownership benefits even
further we will start to refer to Club Navigo as Florida Club Connection. With your extensive choices in
Florida you will now be “connected” to THE Club®.

comprehensive review of the resort destinations, services and amenities previously available and have
selected new and exciting vacation experiences in a variety of resorts in destinations throughout the
United States, Mexico and Europe.
Next, we reviewed how effectively Club Navigo was being administered as an exchange program to see
if there were opportunities to incorporate best practices previously utilized by our veteran leadership.

holiday exchange program THE Club®. Within this guide we have highlighted several changes we have
made to how your vacation program is administered, so please take the time to review this information. It

POINTS VALUES
As you know, your points represent the symbolic unit of
measurement of your rights within the reservation system.
We are proportionately increasing both your points and the
schedule to align with Diamond Resorts points schedules
already in use at DiamondResorts.com.
As an owner of Florida Club Connection, the points you are
allocated for use each 12 month use term has been increased by
a factor of 1.5 to align with Diamond points values.
For example:
• On January 17, 2009, Mary purchased a week at Liki Tiki
Village enrolled in Club Navigo for 4,000 points. Her
transaction closed escrow in early February, and her
anniversary date was set as April 1. She had to make use of
these points by March 31, 2010. She was allocated 4,000
points on April 1, 2009 and subsequently each year with a
12-month use term. For usage purposes, moving forward,
instead of 4,000 points each use term, Mary will be credited
with 6,000 points at the beginning of each use term.
• On July 12, 2008, John purchased a biennial week at The
Cove on Ormond Beach enrolled in Club Navigo for 6,000
points. His transaction closed escrow in late July, and the
start of his use term was set as September 1. He had to make
use of these points by August 31, 2009. He was allocated
6,000 points on September 1, 2008 and subsequently every
other year with a 12-month use year. For usage purposes,
moving forward instead of 6,000 points each use term,
John will be credited with 9,000 points every other year at
the beginning of each use term.
Both the Points Use Schedule and the points allocated for all
Florida Club Connection owners have been adjusted similar to
the examples illustrated above, and are displayed on the resort
profile pages that follow. It is our hope that you recognize that
this adjustment in the symbolic currency of measurement will
not impact your ability to continue to enjoy vacations as you
have in the past.

YOUR OWNERSHIP
You will receive your allotment of points at the beginning of
each use term (at a value of 1.5 times greater than previously
received). Once allocated you may choose to book a vacation
at any of the destinations outlined within this guide (subject
to availability.) If an owner has not utilized all or a portion
of the points allocated by the end of the use term, or saved
following the provisions outlined below, the unused points will
automatically expire at the end of the use term. Furthermore, the
use and occupancy of accommodations that an owner reserves
with his or her allocation of Club Points must occur during the
same Use Year for which those Club Points were allocated, unless
saved following the provisions outlined below.

Advantages
SAVING POINTS
If owners do not intend to use all or part of their current use
year’s allocated points within the current use year, then there is
an option to save points into the following use year’s allocation,
as long as all fees associated with the ownership are fully paid.
There are deadlines by which points must be saved each year,
otherwise they expire at the end of the year in which they were
allocated. The deadlines are:
• SAVE up to 100% of the annual allocation within the first six
months of the use year.
• SAVE up to 50% of the annual allocation of points within the
7th and 8th months of the use year.
• SAVE up to 25% of the annual allocation of points within the
9th and 10th months of the use year.
Owners should go to DiamondResorts.com and log in to
their account or call owner services to save points. Once
points have been saved they may still be accessed during the
current use year.
Once points have been borrowed they will expire in the year in
which they were borrowed unless they are used. They cannot be
saved for the following year.
HOW TO DETERMINE HOW MANY POINTS
ARE REQUIRED
The points values for all of the resorts are listed within this
Directory and are available on-line. To establish how many points
are required, take the following steps:
1. Determine the preferred dates of travel.
2. Check the proposed travel dates against the weeks calendar
for the year of travel to determine the week number. The
weeks calendar can be found on pages 59-60.
3. Select the preferred resort and use the grid to select the
accommodation type and corresponding week number.
This Directory will indicate the number of points required for
a week’s stay when checking in on a standard check-in day.
Specific check-in days are indicated below each resort listed in
this directory.
RESERVATION BOOKING WINDOWS
• A select few owners have what is referred to as a Event Week
Reservation Window. This means that their points allow them
to book into a specific resort and/or specific week 15 months
prior to their planned arrival date.
•All Florida Club Connection owners have a Home
Resort Reservation Window. This provides owners
the ability to confirm a reservation at their home
resort 13 months prior to arrival.
• All Florida Club Connection owners have a Club Reservation
Window. This provides owners the ability to confirm a
reservation at any Florida Club Connection resort 10 months
prior to arrival.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Depending on the notification period, cancellation of a
reservation will mean a loss of points calculated as a percentage
of the points used.

BORROWING POINTS
If owners require more points for a reservation than they
have available in their current use year’s allocation, they can
borrow up to the annual allocation of points from next year’s
allocation by paying a deposit equal to 75% of the current year’s
maintenance fees. This payment amount will then be deducted
from next year’s maintenance fee bill. Owners can only borrow
from next use year’s allocation of points and not from any use
year beyond that. Owners can borrow back points that have
already been saved from the current use year’s allocation without
a deposit, although an administrative fee may be charged.

If owners cancel a reservation, a cancellation fee is applied at the
time of cancellation. Additionally an owner may not re-book a
similar reservation as a discounted points booking.
Owners are encouraged to purchase a Reservation Protection
Plan (RPP) at the time of booking. This will ensure 100%
reimbursement of the points charged for the booking should
they need to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the
arrival date.
• RESERVATION PROTECTION PLAN which protects
your points.
Points that have been returned as part of a cancellation can be
saved for the following year as long as they have not been saved
from a prior year and were not borrowed points. Saving points
deadlines still apply however.
• An exclusive annual TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN . Post
departure benefits such as trip cancellation or interruption,
baggage and travel delay, medical assistance, and concierge
assistance are automatically included in each plan. To learn
more and begin your coverage, please log in to the Member
Area, click on Club Partners and VacationGuard®.
SHORT STAY POINTS VALUES
Reservations with a duration of less than seven nights are
available at Club Connection resorts. This also applies to
additional nights booked following a standard weekly reservation
(e.g., for a 10-night reservation, three additional nights will be
charged as per this policy). The points calculation for a stay of
less than seven nights at a Club Connection resort is as follows:
• SUNDAY to THURSDAY inclusive;
each night is 10% of the weekly points value
• FRIDAY and SATURDAY nights;
each night is 30% of the weekly points value
Reservations made for arrival on a non-standard check-in day
are calculated at short stay points values as noted above.
DISCOUNTED POINT STAYS
For some Club Connection resorts, if there is excess availability
we may chose to offer discounted points rates for specific
time frames and accommodation types. These reservations
offer exceptional value for those with flexible travel plans
and are offered on a first-come, first served basis. You can
receive notifications of these opportunities by updating your
e-mail within the Preferences section of the Members Area at
DiamondResorts.com.
CLUB CONNECTION BONUS TIME
Club Connection Bonus Time allows you to book your stay 21
days or less in advance of your arrival date at preferred rental
rates. Club Connection Bonus Time rates are only available at
selected resorts within Florida Club Connection. The minimum
number of nights is two.
SPECIAL RENTAL OFFERS
• When you make a reservation online to a U.S. destination,
a new LEGAL PROTECTION PLAN option will be displayed,
which, if selected, gives you added peace of mind
when traveling. This provides you with traffic incident
representation so you don’t have to return to your vacation
location for ticket resolution and allows you to obtain a
Power of Attorney in case of travel emergencies, among
other features.
• You can also chose to add MD247.COM to your reservation
providing unrestricted access to speak to a doctor by
phone anytime of the day or night during the term of your
travel reservation, in the state you are visiting. You can get
medical advice, accurate diagnosis and even a non-narcotic
prescription phoned into a nearby pharmacy!
• We have also partnered with QUORUM FCU to provide
you with a high-yield liquid savings account, which gives
you higher interest and easy access to your money with
no penalties.
