THE FIREBARN STORY
Locally owned and operated. The Fire Barn was established in 2008.
Owned by two firemen with 40 years of fire fighting experience.
These two firemen wanted to combine their love of firefighting and food.
The decor is a mixture of memorabilia collected throughout their years
on the fire department. In honor of our fellow firefighters who died in 911,
a memorial has been established to highlight their dedication and
bravery to their job and fellow mankind. As you enjoy your meal,
make sure to look at the local pictures and memorabilia.

Sparky’s Wing & Dippin sauce was created by a Fire Captain in Grand Island.
Developed in his own kitchen in 2011, this entrepreneur formed a
corporation and had 7 companies ready to buy within 3 months . . .
all while working 54 hours a week at the Fire Station!
