KoolTemp PUR containers, combined with Koolit® refrigerants, provide superior maintenance of internal payload
temperatures for long time periods, even under extreme weather conditions. They’re an ideal choice to maintain
your expensive payloads between +2°C to +8°C during demanding shipping conditions. The KoolTemp PUR’s high
R-value custom polyurethane formulation is unmatched by other foams, including expanded polystyrene (EPS),
extruded polystyrene (XPS), and other rigid polyurethanes. These lightweight one-piece molded containers are
held in an outer corrugate box sealed at the top with a soft foam polyurethane plug or rigid polyurethane friction
fit lid. Stock sizes are ready for immediate shipment. The KoolTemp PUR is also available in customized sizes and
printing.

Provides extensive protection for long range journeys
These high performance polyurethane containers meet the needs of the most demanding temperature sensitive
payloads. Polyurethane insulation offers greater insulating power than equivalent thicknesses of EPS containers.
Thick walls with a strong outer corrugate offers protective shock absorption and cushioning during shipping
and handling. Polyurethane foam injected between two corrugated layers within a mold gives the result of a
rigid, one-piece three-layer laminate container. A flexible polyurethane closure seals the top, as well as cushions,
insulates and allows dry ice venting.

Thermal protection for high value shipments
KoolTemp EPS molded insulated containers provide an excellent worldwide coverage of a superior design with
an efficient thermal protection for a broad variety of temperature-sensitive application. Available in a variety
of sizes and customized interiors, KoolTemp™ EPS containers are made of lightweight expanded polystyrene
(EPS) insulation that is offered in a variety of thicknesses. Suitable payload temperature can be maintained by
choosing the proper container design, insulation thickness, and refrigerants. Several design features contribute
to this product’s uniform temperature control and optimal performance. Most KoolTemp™ containers are also
configured to receive separate outer corrugate packaging.

This complete range of generic expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulated shipping containers provide an excellent
European coverage. EPS foam is economical, durable, lightweight, CFC free and recyclable. This range of containers
is ideal for domestic and high volume shipments of temperature-sensitive products.
The main benefit of EPS insulated shipping containers is that they are lightweight, yet sturdy enough to provide
maximum product protection. Manufactured in a variety of sizes and cooling configurations, they provide the
versatility required across product and temperature ranges. The EPS containers are designed to accept gel packs
or dry-ice, providing a cost effective solution. These solutions are fully compatible with branded corrugated outer
packaging systems, which we will happily supply for you. The consignment can then be identified as yours, printed
with your company logo and/or product information.

Maximum protection for large volume shipments
The Insulated Pallet Shipper has been designed to assure safe transit of temperature sensitive bulk loads. It provides
excellent, uniform thermal protection of internal payload temperatures for extended transit times, even under
extreme weather conditions. The Insulated Pallet Shipper design is based on different unique insulation materials,
such as polyurethane (PUR), extruded polystyrene (XPS), which in combination provide enhanced protection due
to their high R-value. The modular design encloses all components to achieve exceptional temperature protection
and a thoroughly durable packaging solution, it also allows for easy packout, reuse, replacement and recycling of
individual parts. The recyclable components contain a non ozone- depleting formulation. Stock sizes are ready for
immediate shipment and as well available in custom sizes and printing.

this Pallet Shipper. The Insulated Pallet Shipper design is based on polyurethane (PUR) which provides a maximum
protection due to a high R-value. Designed to minimise temperature gradients and provide the perfect balance of
thermal mass and convection that ensures uniform thermal stability throughout your product load.

Durable shipping and protection of bulk loads
ThermoSafe’s palletshipper-PUR is a pallet-sized insulated packaging system with unsurpassed durability
for shipping and protecting bulk loads of refrigerated and frozen products. The net benefit is a reduced
dependence on refrigerated transport. A rugged corrugated outer casing with rigid polyurethane insulation
protects perishables under moderate to extreme ambient temperature exposures for up to 5 days in transit, with
appropriate refrigerant. Reusable 6-piece design assembles in minutes and folds flat when empty for storage or
return. Optional components include pallet, triple-wall pads, spacers and flexible polyurethane foam plug for less
than full loads.

Lightweight and flexible Thermal Pallet Cover
The ClimateCover is positioned over the top of the pallet load, thereby protecting the load against direct impact
of sunlight or blistering cold during loading and unloading. Climate cover provides temperature sensitive
cargo with a first barrier shield and the load stays clean and free of cross contamination. The composition of
an advanced aluminum air cell structure material provides maximum protection for a wide range of products
including pharmaceuticals, biological, perishables, and industrial products. The series of ClimateCovers provides
stability for the pallet load temperature.

The KoolTemp™ GTS-5420 Pallet Shipper features an innovative, universal design that allows a full pallet to
be loaded onto a KoolTemp GTS base and secured with interlocking walls and lid. Koolit refrigerant sleeves
integrated into the urethane walls ensuring product temperature uniformity. The unique polyurethane design
of the GTS-5420 constructed to minimize temperature gradients and provide the perfect balance of thermal
mass and convection that ensures uniform thermal stability throughout your product load. The easy-to-assemble
GTS-5420 unit is shipped as a knocked-down unit with step-by-step assembly instructions. Fully assembled, the
GTS-5420 sits on a pallet, which is fork-lift accessible from all four sides and meets IATA height limitations.

The ClimateBox EPS flexible Pallet Shipper is pre-qualified for shipping bulk load temperature sensitive products.
By the unique design and construction, the EPS Pallet Shipper provides maximum protection. Its performance and
cost effective design provides a reliable solution that is supplied fully assembled and ready to use. Your temperature
sensitive product can be pre-loaded and stored. Just before consignment, the Pallet Shipper’s required Geltray’s
can be loaded to maintain the required temperature during transit. Duo to the flexibility of the design, these
shippers can be tailor made to customized sizes.

Multi-component lightweight thermal packaging solution
Valuable temperature sensitive products in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare and chemical industries need
specific transportation. Whether it is clinical trials, samples or regular small shipments, the volume is sometimes
too small to develop a cost effective +2°C to +8°C insulated shipping container. A complete range of flexible
solutions accommodates product volumes from 3.3 to 18 litres and shipment durations of 24 to 72 hours. This
range covers the express shipper requirements for temperature sensitive products. Protocols have been set up for
the complete range bearing in mind both summer and winter ambient conditions with different configurations
for hot and cold cycles. These multi-component packing systems enclose all components to ensure exceptional
temperature protection and durability.
