Thao Nguyen Xanh established environmental commitments apply to businesses
manufacturing, trading and services with environmental impact, but not on the list of
projects that need to EIA. Often the projects of small and medium scale capacity below
1 million pieces / year. Environmental protection commitments made before the
business goes into operation

increase the negative impact on the environment due to waste not cause or increase the
total amount of waste generated or the new types of waste, waste polluting components
higher than forecast in the environmental protection commitment has been registered
but not serious enough to require reports on environmental impact assessment.
