March 2, 2011 the Hermitage Zoning Hearing
Board will hold a public hearing at the Hermitage
City Building, 800 North Hermitage Road, at
7:00 p.m. to consider the following appeal:
2011-02 The appeal of Kathleen L. Meiss,

for a variance from the Hermitage Code of
Ordinances, Chapter XXVII, Zoning Ordinance
Section 401.40, Non-Conforming Uses and
Structures, to permit the addition of a 16’x24’
addition to the building located at 2050
Shenango Valley Freeway. The subject property is currently being used as an automobile
repair shop, which is an expansion of a preexisting nonconforming use in the Office
Building District (OBD).
Any person desiring to become a party is required to file a formal written Entry of Appearance with the Hermitage Zoning Officer. Any person wishing to receive Notice of the Decision
should notify the Hermitage Zoning Officer in
writing of that fact.
