Enter your username and password BOOKING PROCEDURE 2: THE BOOKING ENGINE Fill in the mandatory fields: 1 2 3 1. Destination. 2. Departure date and time. 3. Possibility to add a return trip. 4 5 4. Search by flexibility (from no-flex to semi-flex and flexible) or by price (from cheap to expensive). 5. Select the number of passengers (up to 9 passengers per booking) and choose the age category for each passenger. BOOKING PROCEDURE 3: CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED YOUR TRAVEL FARE AND SEAT 1. The small 1 symbols indicate the possible ticketing methods for your journey. 3. Tick the box to choose your fare Tip: when there are almost no seats left, you will be warned by a notice saying « Last seats ». 3 2 2. Date of birth (non-mandatory 1 for Eurostar & Thalys) 2 3 4 « Confirm » the information Tip: All mandatory fields are marked by an * Tip: If you have already made a reservation for this passenger, you can find his information by typing his name in the field for « Saved travellers » BOOKING PROCEDURE 5: FINALIZE OR PUT YOUR BOOKING ON HOLD 2 3 In your shopping cart, you can: 1. Select the ticketing option and proceed to checkout (see slide 13 et 14) OU 2. Put your booking on hold (except for nonrefundable fares !, see next slide) OU 3 3. Cancel the booking BOOKING PROCEDURE 5: FINALIZE OR PUT YOUR BOOKING ON HOLD You can put your booking on hold (TTL) the system will tell you when your option will expire.. If you wish to confirm or to cancel your option go to « My saved bookings » Tip: bear in mind that nonrefundable tickets (fares like Prem’s, No-Flex, promo-fares etc.) can NOT be put on hold BOOKING PROCEDURE 5/1: ADD REFERENCES You can add some booking information/references to your reservation. This information will be mentioned on your Voyages-sncf invoice. These fields are not mandatory. BOOKING PROCEDURE 5/2: CHOOSE YOUR TICKETING METHOD The available ticketing methods will appear. If you book multiple segments at the same time, the system will only offer you the ticketing method available for ALL segments. BOOKING PROCEDURE 5/3: CONFIRM YOUR DETAILS You can modify the email address to which the booking confirmation and the ticket will be sent BOOKING PROCEDURE 5/4 & 5: CONFIRM YOUR DETAILS In block 4, you can check the address your invoice will be sent to. If necessary, you can change the language of the confirmation e-mail in block 5. BOOKING PROCEDURE 5/6: PROCEED TO THE PAYMENT Fill in the company credit card details. Before confirming the booking, you also need to agree to the terms and conditions. Confirm your booking by clicking on « Confirm » BOOKING PROCEDURE 5/6: PROCEED TO THE PAYMENT If your payment was successful, you will receive a confirmation message. BOOKING PROCEDURE 6: IF YOU CHOOSE A PRINT@HOME TICKET: PRINT THE TICKET AND PROVIDE IT TO THE CUSTOMER Thalys tickets will be sent to you in a separate email. Upon receival, print the tickets and provide them to the customer. BOOKING PROCEDURE 6: IF YOU CHOOSE A PRINT@HOME TICKET: PRINT THE TICKET AND PROVIDE IT TO THE CUSTOMER You can print your ticket right away. Print your tickets anytime later by going to “My booking history. Click on « view » to view a booking you’ve already made. BOOKING PROCEDURE 6: IF YOU CHOOSE A PRINT@ THE STATION ‘WITHDRAWING AT THE SELFSERVICE TERMINAL (BLS – BORNE LIBRE SERVICE): PROVIDE THE BOOKING REFERENCE (PNR-CODE) AND AN INSTRUCTION TO THE CUSTOMER The PNR code can be found here or in the confirmation email The step-by-step instruction to be provided to the customer can be found in the section « Useful information ». Check the reference of your travel file (PNR) and all the other details. Select the file you want to cancel. The summary of the fees 3. The cancellation procedure After sales of tickets that HAVE been withdrawn at a self service terminal! Click on « Refund» After sales of e-tickets and tickets that haven’t been withdrawn at a self service terminal 1 1 2 2 3 AFTER SALES ON WWW.VOYAGES-SNCF.EU 2: CALCULATE THE COSTS AND CONFIRM THE CANCELLATION (3/3) The system will confirm the cancellation of the tickets and will give you the summary of the refunds. You will now receive a confirmation mail. If the booked tickets have been withdrawn at a self service terminal, the original tickets have to be sent to the address mentioned on the website to receive the refund. After sales of e-tickets and tickets that haven’t been withdrawn at a self service terminal After sales of tickets that HAVE been withdrawn at a self service terminal! AFTER SALES ON WWW.VOYAGES-SNCF.EU 3: CANCELLING PRINT @ STATION TICKETS THAT HAVE BEEN ISSUED ATTENTION: In case of cancellation of Print @ Station (withdrawal at a self service terminal or BLS): – First cancel the tickets online, – then you contact our supporting team, so they can finalize the refund of the tickets ([email protected]). If the client HAS ALREADY WITHDRAWN the tickets, then the original tickets have to be sent by mail within 30 days to our offices in Brussels. Without the original tickets, a refund won’t be able to be completed. Supplementary cancellation fees (€ 5) will be charged upon each operation. COPIES (OR SCANS) OF THE TICKETS ARE NOT VALID FOR A REFUND. AFTER SALES ON WWW.VOYAGES-SNCF.EU 4: VERIFYING THE STATUS Go to ‘My booking history’ to see the status of your reservation. GROUP RESERVATIONS GROUP RESERVATIONS Log in on our website www.voyages-sncf.eu. GROUP RESERVATIONS 1. Click on the tab « Groups » in our booking engine (Express Booking). 2. Fill out the form. Use the button « Add a route » if the journey consists of multiple segments. Use the field « Comments » to propose alternative travel dates. Click on « Send ». Voyages-sncf will treat your request and will contact you as soon as possible.
