from the Os area in Hadaland fliker (county) and was the style that America’s father of Rosemaling, Per Lysne, brought to us. Some artists paint it very structured and some more casual.

presents or love gifts. There were many centers
for the painting of these boxes; but it is generally
believed that most of them came from central or
